How long?

Hi everyone I'm just wondering how long do you manage to cam for in one session i normally do 4 I did manage 5.50 today.
If I stay on to long I get burnt out and that's not fun for anyone to watch.

I use the pomodoro technique . Another model here suggested it and its been so helpful for me on Streamate. I do 5-8 rounds of 30/10 (streaming/break).
30 mins is the longest I can stand waiting for something - the time flies by for me this way.

I'm not comfortable sharing weekly hours/earnings in the public section of the forum.
