OP, if you get verified on here for MO there’s a ton of useful information. A lot of models, myself included, don’t feel super comfortable posting a lot of the behind the scenes type details in the public section of the forum.

For time management stuff - depends on your brain etc, it's very much a try different methods and see what sticks for me. I have good success with block scheduling with Google Calendar, A content calendar on google calendar that's separate, and I use the pomodoro method when I'm struggling to focus.
I divide my days in to shoot/make up days (when I need to be camera ready) and admin days when i don't need to be camera ready. Batching my work makes more sense.
Hiring an assistant for uploads also helps me a LOT because if I don't get shit to them to upload then I'm letting them down/not giving them promised work. So it's good for my own accountability. Since hiring someone my clip site uploads have become MUCH more consistent
I have a goal of how many hours I want to be live on phone/cam, and I also have a goal of how many videos I need to film a week. I schedule accordingly, and if something comes up and I need to adjust my schedule I will do so. It is hard to be consistent and no one is perfect. I just take it one day at a time, and as long as I am meeting my earnings goals and production goals I feel good about how I am doing.
That being said, choose goals that are manageable for you. I film 4 videos a week. That is all I push myself to do, if I do more great. It is manageable because I film solo femdom and fetish. Maybe 2 a week is manageable for you - but if you overwhelm yourself, you are less likely to finish your tasks. So, it is better to pick manageable ones and as you gain consistency, then add more tasks to your workload.
