How do I filter my search of models on MFC?

Most of what you ask for can't be done. On the homepage, click on settings. What you see there is what you get.
Some of those things can be done by using the Model Explorer and Model tags.

Do people actually try to find models by height? Is that really a thing?
I'm just asking because the cam doesn't properly show height for girls. Every model I've met says that I look way taller on cam than in person (I'm 5'4"), and members are surprised when they find out too. It's just a weird thing to search for, I guess, since it's all about camera angles.

I can't become aroused unless I'm looking at a woman who I know to be exactly 5'9 and yes, I will insist that they produce a tape measure and prove their height for me.
There is a very specific cam girl I am looking for and I'm trying to narrow my search as much as possible.
So, is this a person you know really well? A relative or significant other perhaps? I ask, because knowing a height or weight is not the type of information typically known.

The bolded parts above are exactly why we're not going to help you. You, sir, are a creep. You "know who she is, but not personally" just means that you know something about her personal life (whether it's where she lives/works/goes to school or you know that she's Xguy's girlfriend/cousin/sister). That kind of information does NOT need to get out, and I'm sure that you would end up "outing" her to other people in your social circle/community. If she wanted you to know where/when she works, she would have told you. I strongly suggest that you either A) find a different camgirl/porn to watch, or B) try to become friends with the girl. Then, you can show her that your intentions are just to give her all of your money and not to simply satisfy your curiosity for seeing a local girl naked. Until then, stop being a creep and stop trying to find her.
I'm not 100% sure if I was told the truth. A close friend of hers told me that they did a webcam show together but did not specify her username or the camsite she cams on.
