Hi) Is it legal to be a cam girl in Montenegro?

I am helping some friends. They have decided to up roots and leave their home country of Ukraine and are thinking of Montenegro as a first stop. They can stay there for 3 months without a visa. Work as cam girls while there. Then move onto another country. I am having trouble establishing the legality of being a cam girl there.

Is there any other information they should know about being a cam girl in Montenegro?
