Hey there :) We need a support with suspended accounts please!

So... my spouse and I, we are new to broadcast.
We just had our second broadcast from my account (honey_badger_boss) and we got suspended on this account.
Then, we wanted to continue broadcast, so we broadcasted through her account (hotredhead25) and again the account we got suspended as well.
As I mentioned, we are new to this and unfortunately we didn't know the rules.
Now, after read carefuly the terms and rules, I believe we got suspended because we did not add each other as a guest.
I would like to know if there is another reason maybe for the suspension.

My questions:
- What is the fastest way to release the suspension on our accounts?
- Can these suspensions be permanent? (hope not)

- hotredhead25

Appriciate your help and we hope to fix it asap!

After read some threads here it makes me think... maybe we got the suspensions because we promoted her onlyfans on the chat?

You can stream on other sites now and maybe read every single rule print them out study them and memorize them and never break them. Streamate. Sextpanther. CamSoda. Cam4. LoyalFans.

You're comparing apples to watermelons. Bonga has no traffic and very few broadcasters compared to CB.

One day I forgot that we were already using personal accounts and "climbed" into a private conversation with one of the models. In essence, I was a translator lol, but nevertheless I got into the frame. I had an account and was also working so I didn't think it would be a problem since my name was listed in her room thread. And we got blocked, but I managed to fix it within an hour, since my documents were nearby. It was many years ago, but I still remember it. The information is now quite accessible and understandable, given that you see this message every time.
Chaturbate really did their best, at least in this matter. But such situations remain, despite the large amount of information about this.
It's one thing when someone accidentally gets into the frame, although.... From the information I read, both models have been verified on the platform and adding a guest to your account should not be a problem.

Haha I wish it was that fast. We could both, the website and us, make some more $$$. But yeah it is also depends on the traffic at each website.

I have never said we didn't upload IDs. In fact, without ID verification you cannot broadcast. So yeah, both accounts got ID and face videos verifications that got approved, before we started broadcasting. Thank you for your consideration.

Yeah, I am 100% sure we all make mistakes at the beginning. Some get caught and some not.

I mean you didnt submit both IDs on the one account, the first one that got suspended right? You can either submit both IDs to the account or you can use the guest feature and trade guests registrations but both accounts need to do the guest thing.

-Best thing to do is use the guest feature, assuming the guest isnt going to be broadcasting solo on the account.
-You shouldnt make a studio account, thats only if you want tokens to transfer automatically to the master account (the studio account you make and then the sub accounts under the studio transfer automatically)
-As far as I know they still allow it in the bio and only in the bio.
-Thats not a CB rule unless that was added recently.

The studio account is intended for slightly different purposes, I think.
Regarding animals, Chaturbate was the only site that didn't block them before, but I haven't broadcasted for a long time, so something might have changed.

Many sites strictly prohibit their appearance on camera, so I think it's better to avoid it.

I own a cat lol so I know how hard it is. My cat loves attention, so I often saw him hiding behind my back during the broadcast and watching me. He wasn't happy that I wasn't letting him lie on "his rightful" part of the bed.

But I never got blocked for this, because I always tried to remove him from the frame as quickly as possible. He also made a lot of noise to show his displeasure for this! But this even amused my visitors. Every day at the same time he meowed loudly demanding food or to have the litter box removed. In general, "our" broadcasts are fun, especially when he knocks over my camera, sending it flying to the floor. Or chews on the wire, trying to get attention.
But in any case, I avoid his appearance on camera, although sometimes I can’t control it.
