First I'd like to point out that to cum on command, you should be edging before the command comes. If you're not edging, and not even close to orgasm yet... well, maybe it's possible for some, but I sure as hell can't in that scenario.

Second, I'd like to say that I usually have a genuine orgasm. If I'm close and it seems like they want it sooner than I'm ready, I can usually force it to happen sooner, but it's not as intense at that point.
