Good morning and happy Friday to all! Seems June is just about over, as this is the last weekend of the month. Wow, that means Independence Day is soon. :flags-usa:(Why do we have no fireworks smileys!!??)

I woke up super tight and sore (my neck/shoulder muscles, you pervert) from my mere 2 hours of MFC time yesterday. I have a physical therapy appointment this afternoon to help loosen it all up. I actually won't be getting on cam tonight since I would just undo all the effort they put into making me feel better. It would really be nice to not feel like this all weekend. Truth is, I probably shouldn't have tried to come back to work yet. I never seem to let things heal all the way, stubborn girl. :angry-banghead: It was really nice to visit with all of you who joined me on Wednesday and Thursday on MFC. I really do miss my friends and look forward to getting back on schedule soon.

We have a nice relaxing and fun weekend ahead of us. We'll be going fishing again, hopefully catching at least one this time. It will be so nice to sit back and chill at the edge of the lake. There's something so soothing about being next to the water with the birds chirping and breeze blowing. As much as I enjoy being a homebody and love my comforts in the house, I can still appreciate the outdoors. Everything in moderation!

Are you trying any home remedies? Has the PT suggested anything?

Hah yes, taking it easy and stretching. As much as I try to say doing MFC is "taking it easy", it's not.

The PT dude confirmed that while my nerve was trying to heal, all the other muscles in the area were overcompensating and thats why they've become so sensitive and messed up. I'm holding high hopes that today's session will release some of the knots I've got. If you have ever had those, you know how annoying and painful they can be. I had trouble even sleeping last night.
