Stop Hating Yourself!!
Nearly everyone experiences moments of self-loathing at some point in their lives - the trick is to not let these feelings control you or define who you are!
You can do this by changing your mental outlook, surrounding yourself with positive, encouraging people and spending more time doing the things you love.
Life's too short to waste time on negative thoughts, so how learn to love yourself and be happy instead!
1 - Clear all your thoughts, and take a deep breath.
2 - Make a list of everything you "hate" about yourself, and make another that changes every negative thing you wrote to a positive (i.e. I hate how my teeth aren't corrected to I love my teeth!).
3 - Stop criticizing yourself. Focus on the positive, and make positive changes to your life instead of dwelling on the negative.
4 - Take care of yourself. Exercise often, eat healthy, and practice good hygiene. Being healthy and looking good can go a long way towards improving your self esteem.
5 - Spend time doing things you enjoy. Take walks on the beach, watch a favorite movie, go on a run, or paint a picture. Do something that relaxes you and makes you forget the reasons why you hate yourself.
6 - Make new friends. Hanging out with new people may help you appreciate different facets of your personality. Also, being with people who genuinely like you will help you see the positive sides of yourself.
7 - Seek professional help. Self-hatred is a symptom of several disorders such as depression. See a specialist for advice. We recommend EFT Tapping. Seek out someone in your area who provides this or try it on yourself by following tutorial videos online!
Please stop being so nasty to yourself, you're one of a kind, unique and you were put on this earth for a reason! A reason that is unique to you!
Instead of wasting your life focusing on what you don't like about yourself start putting that time into figuring out what your purpose is!! It's much more positive and will make you feel empowered!
 
It is ok to feel bad about yourself, so long as you forgive your weakness and more on quickly.
A good example is facing addiction (applies to something like dieting too), when you fail; assuming you do at some point, the important thing is to forgive yourself, learn from it, and get back to fighting it. Returning to that thing you dislike about yourself is ok, so long as it is temporary.
There is also disliking yourself because of who you truly are. This is all pain, you can only let that pain go, and move on to other areas of your life where you don't dislike yourself. This can be minor like ugliness or shyness, or more severe. (Disabled people face this every day, disliking what they can't do.)
