If you aren't preparing your booty hole for medium/large play and not using lots of lube, then yes. Otherwise, so long as you take your time & don't try to take on more than you know you're body can handle you shouldn't have an issue.

Anyone contemplating doing an alcohol enema needs to be very careful. I think that's more of a health/upkeep issue.
