Did Nudelive/Chaturbate Ban Me From Streaming For Life?

I am unable to stream apparently FOREVER???

I had an issue a few days ago so this is what I started with:

Dear Support at Nudelive.com ,

My computer crashed and when it came back I found a red message saying Broadcast Suspended and a message saying: “Your ability to broadcast has been suspended. If you believe this is in error please contact support.” So I am contacting Support.

What do I need to do to go back to broadcasting,

Nothing happened... So I sent this email to support:

Your account eroticon_6 has been flagged because an unverified independent broadcaster appeared on your broadcast on November 19th, 2024, and because of this, you were suspended. The individual was seen wearing gray pants, a black shirt and a black mask over their mouth.

If this individual is already a verified independent broadcaster with a Chaturbate account, please provide us with their username. Otherwise, the only way to reactivate the ability to broadcast is to have the unverified individual who appeared on your broadcast upload their ID for age verification at https://chaturbate.com/identity/.

Please let us know once you have uploaded their ID so we can help you further. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

My response to that was:

Dear Chaturbate Team,

I always work alone and I have no idea who this individual is that had a black shirt, gray pants and a mask over their mouth. Whoever it was wasn’t part of my show.

While my computer was unresponsive I went about my business and some workers did come into my room a little later to fix the wifi network. It may have been them if my cam was still working, which I didn’t think it was. If it was them then they have nothing whatsoever to do with Chaturbate.

Could you show me the clip so I can verify what I said please?

Your post reminded me of a story, it's unlikely to help you, but I'll tell you.

One day, law enforcement agencies burst into the studio; where it happened, they called it a "raid." They took the girls away for questioning, I think it was illegal. But during this entire process, the girls' cameras were on, and it all happened online. Naturally, all accounts were blocked because of people in uniform and masks.

The point of the story is that they managed to restore their accounts. I don't know the details of the process, but nevertheless they managed to figure it out. This incident happened many years ago.

Whatever it was, I don't think these guys provided their faces and passports for this site.

Although for the fastest investigation you need to find this person, but if he was wearing a mask, biometrics may not work. And even if it was the same person, it may be impossible to prove.

It may actually save you to record that your signal was interrupted, after which it was automatically restored. But it is unlikely that the site will want to provide you with these materials.

It always drove me crazy when people say their computer crashed. It means nothing these days because the only crash back then was a complete sudden halt of operation like a blue screen of death. When I worked as a tech I'd always have to ask people what they meant and it was almost never a classic crash.

When your computer freezes that can be caused by many things and there are situations when your video simply freezes and everything else continues to work fine...(...I suppose if using hardware video encoder that should freeze too in theory but uncertain if there's a scenario where it continues during a freeze but I figure you were not using hardware encoding from video card)

(I am saying that they reserve the right to transfer this information to the competent authorities upon request and at their own discretion).

I'm still in the process of investigation, so I'm not ready to disclose this.
But I can say that I was surprised at how careless Chaturbate is with their customers, considering that their company is registered in California.

I say this because for me the US, and California in particular, has always been a leading country in consumer protection. And I have always believed that the way consumers are protected there is something that every country should strive for, offering maximum transparency and fairness.

I think that in this case we are not talking about the technical condition of the computer, but rather about the connection to the Internet.
I had this situation for a long time until I found a good provider, now I have a speed of 1 Gb, so I can share with my neighbors lol. But in general, even at a speed of 100 mb, it works great if, in addition to the stream, the TV does not work, or someone does not download something.
Most likely it was a simple loss of connection and the broadcast was resumed without confirmation. Despite the long absence of connection.

I think the logs would confirm this, since in this case the site was trying to reconnect and the computer was not responding. Usually after some time the site stops these attempts and returns to the "broadcast closed" mode. But in this case, either this did not happen due to an error in the internal system, or the puddles that repaired the Internet checked whether the connection on the computer works by clicking on the window with a message about retrying Connection.

In any case, the system's records could serve as evidence of the author's words. Or That it was intentional.
