What are you saying woman!!!!!VeronicaChaos said:OK OK OK. I want one of three things to happen:
Deb's gone past the point of no return and starts killing with her brother.
Dexter starts going WAYY off the code and just like the killers he has always killed.
Dexter is revealed in some overly dramatic fashion; I'm thinking the entire force catching him red handed, in the act, his son is there, and hauling him away to prison.
Oh geeze, and in all this I almost forgot about Hannah. Wonder what she's planning on doing now.
JoeEmGee said:That ending was just INSANE! Makes me feel really bad for Deb. I'm guessing Dex will set it up so that it looks as if Maria killed Estrada, then fled in shame after ruining her career by "falsely" accusing Dexter of being the BHB. Though I'm sure someone next season won't buy the cover up and start investigating it all. Maybe Angel?
Now that Deb's gun is the murder weapon, that probably changes his plan. I don't know how he'd fix that.Tea420 said:JoeEmGee said:That ending was just INSANE! Makes me feel really bad for Deb. I thought that Dex was going to set it up like Estrada and Maria shot each other. Isn't he going to leave both bodies in the shipping container?
I agree completely, and think they may have been foreshadowing this a season ago when Harrison was still younger and acting out against his preschool mates. Remember that?Shaun__ said:Dexter needs to be killed in front of his son in the last episode of next season. The last scene should be Harrison sitting in a pool of his fathers blood with Deb walking towards him crying as she faces the same choices her father did, it would show the true cost of Dexter's blood filled legacy. This show should not have a happy ending, and I can not think of anything sadder than suggesting Harrison is on the exact same path as Dexter and his brother Brian. All that killing and nothing has changed for the better.

genius.... But whatever it is he did, he did it quickly before the party while probably trying to be as fast as possible to avoid deb losing her mind, I'm not sure he would have had time to do that...Crumb said:all Dex has to do is remove the offending bulletAmberCutie said:Now that Deb's gun is the murder weapon, that probably changes his plan. he's good enough to fix the scene after that

Yeah, and I think the scenes when he went to preschool were trying to suggest he was already on the same path due to him witnessing that, so he certainly wouldn't HAVE to be witness to Dexter's murder to fulfill the "prophecy" so to speak. You're right. But I would imagine that him being involved somehow, and Deb having to take him in as her own and then dealing with his dark passenger would be very satisfying to so many viewers.AedanRayne said:AmberCutie said:I agree completely, and think they may have been foreshadowing this a season ago when Harrison was still younger and acting out against his preschool mates. But didn't they already dance around this scene with Harrison sitting in a pool of Rita's blood? IMO that scene demonstrated the true cost of Dexter's blood filled legacy and left the audience questioning the future of Harrison's psyche.

I would love that. Would you?
I'll tell you right now, when this series ends, I'll cry like a baby no matter who is left alive or gets murdered. This has been my #1 fave series since I discovered it, it will be hard to let go.AedanRayne said:AmberCutie said:Yeah, and I think the scenes when he went to preschool were trying to suggest he was already on the same path due to him witnessing that, so he certainly wouldn't HAVE to be witness to Dexter's murder to fulfill the "prophecy" so to speak. It would be an intense ending to the series and it does make sense but I would cry like a baby. I never want him to die, only to live forever to be my sex slave after we move to Argentina with Hannah & Deb to have massive orgies for hours on end. Oh, to dream...

Oh there are lots of worse things than Dexter. Glad its ending soon though as Michael C Hall is looking old.
