I believe the reason why you don't see many on cam sites is many cam sites have rules against age play (a model and member buddy of mine both got warnings on their MFC accounts for the calling him Daddy. The member even got a suspension).

I was on a site that allowed it, and I did a TON of MDLB and MDLG there. I still do it in clips and Skype but SM doesn't allow it.

Ive come across a few male littles in our local kink community and one thing that everyone agrees is there is an extreme shortage of Mummy Dommes to care for these male littles.

makes sense -- the rule should be against blood relative claims, not relatives in general (since that would be accidentally overbroad--meaning you can't even have husband and wife play in couples camming lol). ...but that would also mean adoptive parent would be a loophole, and a more taboo one than step-parent.

Male littles aren't necessarily that rare in general, but on camsites there's likely to be very few of them.

I have been in and out of the ddlb community on tumblr, and it seems like many of us are trans men (boys) who consider ourselves nonsexual littles just looking for some safety and comfort. It seems like members of the ddlg community tend more towards the sexual side of things.
