I feel bad for her, in a way. At that age, I would be less concerned with my classmates knowing and more about my parents finding out. That's what would have mortified me. Quite honestly, sexting was so common by the time I was in high school it was just laughable when classmates came upon things like that. Couple years ago, my son had a gf that sent him "all manner of sexy things" on the phone. She was .." considerably less that legal" as was this girl in the OP. I asked her one time when she was here, what her thoughts were about sexting bc my boy had told me about it. Her view was that it was only for people she trusted to keep it confidential so she was safe. She didn't seem to give a crap about potential trouble or even expulsion from school if someone had her pics on their phone and it was found out. A few weeks later, her parents called me asking if i had rec'd anything like that from anyone and also asked the same about about my boy. :whistle:
Seems someone had gotten about 70+ of her tits/pussy/fingering pics and sent them directly to both her parents cell phones. After the initial rage at the dumb little girl, they put her in a school for "troubled kids" and were trying to do damage control in the local area. To this day they have no idea who it was that busted her. The 'file' apparently was comprised pics she'd sent out to at least a dozen different guys and many didnt know each other.

Or a teacher, or just about anybody with standards, who decided to shut her down. Texting them to her parents from her own phone seems like a really neat way to resolve a legally fraught issue.

Ahh man, troubled teens? The parents may have stuck her in a place with a bunch of *actually* troubled teens - if you give teenage kids digital cameras and cellphones of course they're gonna do this lol.

This is one of those things that reminds me how much more trouble I could have gotten into as a kid and somehow didn't. I took super explicit pictures for some of my boyfriends, but they never went anywhere (as far as I know). Didn't even get things said about me for it. That was such a horrible episode. I know at 22 when i was in high school it was common place to talk dirty and send pics... watching that with my mom and the way she responded made me really question it ... What would i do if my parents searched my phone and found it and what. ( i had my mom believing i was virgin all the way threw high school though)

As a parent now a part of me would be outraged if my 14 year daughter had her pics out there like that but i would be more enraged that the media played into it so much.
