Evidently stressed, due to lack of sleep, irritability etc. But this is all caused by others in my job not following guidelines and expecting myself, an accountant by trade, to do a huge engineering project with technical details outside my skill set.

Maybe the project manager having a go at me for things not progressing wasn't his wisest idea, especially when he then gets an email back from me pointing the above out to him, and offering to find out how he would progress without his legs...

Not sure what the vid was meant to be?

I'll try and keep this brief. I am starting a new job tomorrow. This recent recession killed me. My part time auto upholstery business dried up and barely kept my partner going. He works for us full time, I am part time. My other shop went BK last November after 31 years in business. When your primary customer base is based on construction and there is none then things go bad quickly.

So I was very glad to get another job a few months back. Our local economy still stinks and I am working as a mechanic again. The pay was less than I am used to but I didn't mind. The problem was that I couldn't stand the owner. He is just plain rude. He had a recent high school grad also named Brad working there for the summer. I was training and watching over him. Brad is a great kid but has almost no mechanical ability. I am 6' 3" so I was referred to as tall Brad and he was short Brad. I just called him young Brad and myself old Brad. One day a few weeks ago he tells me that the owner told him he was dumb and was now referring to him as dumb Brad and me as smart Brad. That was the final straw for me. Thankfully my skills and reputation as a mechanic were able to quickly get me another job and at slightly higher pay too.

I gave proper notice and was respectful up to my last day there. The best part was that Brad also left last week. His father told him to leave right away but he also gave proper notice. He's going to college next month anyway so he didn't need the job that badly. When he thanked me and said his goodbye to me I was very touched. He said some very nice things that made me feel like I may have made a difference. I look forward to starting my new job tomorrow with a company that acts a bit more professionally. The owner was rude to all the employees and customers. I could relate many more stories and still can't understand how he stays in business. I am so thankful that I no longer have to work for what I consider a bully.

Nobody bothers me all day, but as soon as I go take a shower someone calls.
The worst is when nobody needs you at all and it's quiet and boring until you have to use the bathroom....Worst. timing. ever. :snooty:

Even worse when they need you so badly, they just try to walk right in and join you or stick their hands under the door.

Watching American Ninja Warrior makes me want to climb walls and up poles and all sorts of insane feats. I found it on tv randomly while channel surfing and am so impressed with what some people are capable of.....the 30ft spider climb? Someone tell me they've seen this!

We went to court for the final time today and officially returned to my birth name which I had been slowly changing to over the past year. Now it's all legal and I can change my license, social security card, and bank info. I am so pleased.

After four years of being someone's Dudey, Dude, bugaboo, etc I finally decided to come up with an username that is not named after a model. Having my own identity is going to be take time to get used to. DudeExtreme is the new name.
A quick message to Amber gets it changed on here to match. :)

Woops. Deleted a whole thread of sexy pics. That's what happens when I try to respond to reported posts on my iPhone.

Sorry!!

I just spent five minutes in a models room I'd never visited before. Cute woman, big ones. But even more prominent was her lower arm seemed to be covered by burn tissue. Didn't bring it up, but was rather curious about what happened.

Then after a bit of time I realized it was actually a tattoo.

I have absolutely no negative opinions of tattoo's, or people who get them, whatsoever; but this had to be the worst looking one I've ever seen. Even after realizing it was a tattoo I still kept wondering if it wasn't really a burn.

I had many extra expenses this month and now I'm so broke I can barely eat. I want to start camming once for all but I need a manicure, pedicure, wax job, do my eyebrows... and obviously I can't do any of that now. It's so frustrating. At least I can keep learning and getting ready, but getting ready only isn't going to give me any extra money at the end of the month.

It brings me heart palpitations to think how women a hundred years ago made do with only a nail clipper, a tweezers a razor and a bottle of nail polish. Why, without the benefit of modern mani-pedi's how ever did they survive life on earth with such crude tools?

This has got to be the funniest case of procrastination rationalization I have ever heard.

Oh, is it "let's-lump-all-human-beings(or women, for the matter)-together-into-one-big-stereotype" time? :D I didn't realize they all knew how to do those things on a professional-level! But you're right, they had lots of time to sit at home learning to do those things, all the while having a baby suck on each of their breasts!! AMAZING! Also there was no such thing as allergy to razors!! So they didn't need wax!! I wonder how and when did women start procrastinating so much that they can't do those things themselves anymore.... like, when did they start having to get out-of-home jobs?? Wow, I don't want to live in this world anymore. Bring me back to imperialist days.

Ok, whoa...just want to stop ya there. First off he didn't lump all of anyone together into a stereotype...he used reason (in my opinion). No, they may not "all do them at a "professional level" but many people have to learn how to do these things on their own, whether they go to a professional regularly or not, since one day they may have to do it on their own. I have never been able to afford to go to professionals, the closest I've ever had was a local beauty college where I'd pay 10 bucks to get my hair (which is VERY thick and past my butt in length) styled. My hair takes roughly 2-3 hrs to style, and I'm talking a simple straightening just so I can brush it, not anything really fancy. Since I moved I've had to do this on my own. All of this I do while working on cam stuff 6 hrs a day plus a vanilla job for about 4-6 hrs.

Another part of your statement about your statement...how could people from long ago just not have an allergy, and now they do? They probably did have the allergy then, but we don't hear about it. Personally, I can't use wax. I don't know why, but no matter if it's professional, or when I try it myself, about two hairs get removed only.

Also, please don't make it sound like stay-at-home moms have nothing to do, but primp while feeding a baby all day. I'm not a mother, but if I were (especially a stay-at-home mom) I'd be more than a little offended. Even if you argue that you're only talking about in times of old...something tells me they actually had more work. For instance, try washing things without soap, try cooking meals without kitchen appliances. Yes, they may have had tools, but nothing like now.

Ok, sorry if that offended, but be careful about your words next time please. :/

I don't need anyone telling me what I should or shouldn't be able to do myself. If I don't do my own manicure/pedicure it's because I can't, and people need to accept that not everybody can do what everybody else does. Not everybody can cook, not everybody can drive, and not everybody can do something as well as others can. His response to my genuine rant was uncalled for and deserved mine. If he can be a sarcastic twat I sure as hell can too. I don't find it acceptable to make fun of someone's distress when you know absolutely nothing about them. Or ever, really, because seriously... what kind of jerk does that?

My mom is a housewife with a big house and a husband and little daughter to look after, and she is pretty fucking busy. So yes, I know that people who stay at home are not lazy bums. But if our good friend will mention women from a hundred years ago to make his point, I will play along. In any case he is assuming everybody has the skills to do everything when it's just not the truth, so I stand corrected.

Oh, and about the allergies, I have allergies to razors so I can't shave, hence why I mentioned wax. But since our friend knows me so well, he thought I could use them! So this "he just used reason" excuse... yeah, no.

Posting my rant here was a mistake that I now regret, and shall not be looking into this thread anymore.

Sorry if it seemed like we were. I understand not everyone can do everything. I was merely suggesting taking time to try to work on those skills (again no offence intended), again coming from someone who had to learn these skills because otherwise she wouldn't have had these treatments not being able to afford professionals.

Oh, and about the allergies, I have allergies to razors so I can't shave, hence why I mentioned wax. But since our friend knows me so well, he thought I could use them! So this "he just used reason" excuse... yeah, no.

I never doubted your allergy, I asked why you thought they didn't have the allergy back in the day. I have heard of such allergies before. My mother actually has one similar...a metal allergy specifically.

Fair enough, I wasn't meaning to offend you, but if you need to go that far so be it. Jerry is a pretty ok dude, and I doubt you really bothered either of us. I was just trying to make sure no one got upset, when they didn't need it. *shrug
