Seeing reactions to controversial topics when people don't agree with someone else's point of view is something that I get off on.

While I respond due to the fact that I enjoy doing so...idk, I get bored, and enjoy puzzles. Troll comments are puzzles that amuse me when they make me think. I would advise thinking twice sometimes about how you word stuff to freelancers. It can make many feel extremely depressed when not only do they have to explain why they are worth being paid, but also, it's way worse when people are saying or making you feel that you aren't sexually worth their money.

I need to buy some tomatoes next time I go shopping, listening to that guy made me want a tomato sandwich. Maybe with bacon. I never realized how much money I was eating when I ate those as a kid.

i wonder if aliens really do exist... i have always wondered that.

I would bet everything I own that they do.

Generally speaking there is nothing special about our star and planet, Its just one out of billions like it in the galaxy, which is just an ordinary galaxy out of billions of other galaxies in the universe each containing billions of stars. To think that at least one other star or planet somewhere out there wont have some sort of life is just totally illogical and ridiculously closedminded to me.

What form they would take and whether we could ever get to them, or them to us is a whole nother question.

My thought today is -Moving sucks and I have way more stuff than anyone could possibly need. My goal for this move is for my donation and trash piles to be bigger than the keep pile

Sometimes I feel like we should be handing out tin foil hats as welcome gifts.

Is this alien talk because you guys read about that strange star they've been talking about? Where something large is irrationally, inconsistently blocking the light from it at varying percents, and one of the leading theories is actually aliens?

http://news.discovery.com/space/ali...-discovered-an-alien-megastructure-151014.htm

It seems WAY too early to say aliens since we know so little about the Universe, but whatever it is sounds rare and strange. I'm assuming they are just trying to sell interest in funding investigating what it is.

Some days I want to delete every tweet I've ever made, others I want to repost every tweet I've deleted...

I know the feeling. I've done it a good 3 times now? Only once for good reason, the other two being moments of anxiety/embarrassment/depression/loneliness. *hugs*

Well that's a crock of shit. In the 6 years I've had my dog, she's been exponentially healthier than me.

The saying wasn't created now, it was created in the 1700's. When dogs were not really indoor pets, except for the wealthy. They were outside working animals. Herding, protections and things of that nature. So they were often filled with ticks and fleas; carriers of disease. You asked where the phrase came from, it makes sense for that time.

I woke up today and was lying in bed thinking it was Sunday. It didn't occur to me until a few hours later that it was Saturday ("Why is the farmer's market open on Sunday"?).

To be honest, I was ok with it being a Sunday...but having an extra day (I'm still adjusting) is pretty cool too.

Flipping through the channels and there isn't diddly shit on, and I come across evening shade, which I've seen approximately two and a half episodes of in my life.(odd, since anything with Burt Reynolds is my kinda entertainment) I'll be god dammed if I haven't seen this one before, what are the odds of that?

Edit: apparently the odds are 1 in 32.666

My son said he told this kid on the bus that he's gonna be Harry Potter for Halloween, and the kid said "There ain't no BLACK Harry Potter!" Oh, dear...well I guess THAT changes everything! We'll have him go as Shaft then. Lmao.

This reminds me so much about when I was in elementary school in '89. We had a school play for Sleeping Beauty. I played a bear that slept near her in the forest before meeting the dwarves! Anyways, in our play Sleeping Beauty was black. The other kids would taunt her and say the same thing. I remember I had the biggest crush on her (sadly she was 3 years older then me). :giggle:

I would have hoped things have progressed since then, but I guess kids can still be so cruel.

Sorry your post just gave me flashbacks and I felt the strange need to share.

my thought of the day is.. what do you guys think about mothers letting their kids be transgender and allowing them to be what they know they are? an also do you find it wrong for them to let them be who they want to be? the reason i ask this is because i was on fb earlier today and i saw a link about some lady letting her child (daughter) be a him, because thats what he refers himself as.. me as a parent myself i would allow my son to be something that he thinks he is... i wouldn't deny him. an this mother had a bunch of rude comments on it because she said that her daughter knew she was a boy at age 2.. which politically correct a child's mind is still developing and also a kid would know if she is a he by knowing how they feel and how they look... by looking at themselves and realizing they don't feel right. i also replied to this person's comment and wrote on how i feel about what she said. but thats my opinion.. i would love to hear yours.

There's not supposed to be a black Superman either but I saw Cam Newton yesterday whips Seattle's ass on the road and he's as close to a Superman as I've ever witnessed. So put a pair of round glass lenses on that kid, dress him up in Gryffindor colors, mark a lightening bolt on his forehead and send him out as Harry...mama wants some good Halloween candy! ;)
