Might I also suggest not inserting a full break after every line? It's making your posts unnecessarily longer. Just a thought.

Goodness, there are over 2,300 topics in this section of the forum.

I thought wow, how could I ever search them all.

It would be really cool if we could search them by week or even by specific time spans like

one or two days at a time.

There might be a way to do that, and I will try and figure it out if I get a chance, and

someone please reply if you know how.

I wish the most recent posts would show first automatically.

That would help everyone stay current and in touch a lot easier which would be really fun and much easier.

Posts are sorted by most recently posted already. The newest ones are at the top.
Also, when you are at the main 'board index' if you click on 'mark forums read' that will mark all posts as read. Then when you visit you can click on 'view unread posts' and only the new posts you haven't seen before will show. Then just click the little page symbol to the right of the persons name on each new post to be taken right to that latest post.

So about a month or so ago I won a raffle to win a video from a model, except it turned out I already had them all. Despite my offer to decline she said she'd make me one and we'd discuss the details later so I;m like okay.

Next day she tweets that I should DM her about it, so I did and we hashed out back and forth how long the vid would be, what would be in it etc. All seemed good

Then tonight I happened to see her, I hadn't been around MFC much and I said (jokingly) 'hey, you didn't forget about my video did you'? and she said, seemed to me a little snarky 'I didn't forget I just haven't heard from you for a month.'

So she never even started it, and from her attitude about it implied she never will.

WTF? I mean I don't even care that much but we'd sorted it all out and because I didn't contact her I was in the wrong...? It was my understanding she'd contact me when it was done, afterall she had my mfc, steam, skype, acf...

Never realised I had to check in periodically to make sure my video was still going to be made.

A model had agreed to make me a custom video once, and I asked about it every so often. Someone else though asked her about his to the point of pissing her off, and she canceled mine and his.

It seems to be a fine balancing act Jupiter.

Yes I agree, I had always assumed if it was a model I trusted (and it was) that it was not only unnecessary to pester her every few days, it was insulting and annoying. :dontknow:

As I said, I dont really care about the video one way or the other it's the snippy attitude and the implication not in so many words that I wouldn't be getting the video at all.

It was not an important video for me, and I have moved on. I am focused on my four volume seasonal custom video project right now. I have summer and fall. Winter might happen this year, I have to wait about one or two more months, before I can ask about progress on it. The model has a busy life. Spring is extra complicated for various reasons sadly, so my set may never be complete.

I enjoy things like this as an artistic outlet, the model's talent giving my visions life.

Would it not be easier to hire a sourthern hemisphere models to do the seasons you;re not currently in? eg winter?

The day of the year does not matter, it is the subject matter and costume that set the season. I could get things done faster with another model, but I do not have any kind of schedule or deadline. If I ever finish this project I will just start a new one. I just get my friend motivated to do them every month or so until it happens.

I think it's fine to inquire about a custom video after it's been a week. Even if you said something like "I'm looking forward to that video." *insert a smiley face* That's always better than the guy becoming impatient after just two days...lol. In this case, it sounds like you were being pretty patient. I hope you get your video soon.

I usually tell people to give it about a week anyway for a custom. Time of the month and lack of privacy might mean I need a tad bit more time to do it.

Hey! I know this is random, and I think I made a new topic for this but I don't think I did it right so....



here I am! lol.

So, I have a question for all of you members. Those of you who know me know that I'm a chatty girl, so you'll understand why I'm asking. I became curious after this happened:

I was doing a public cum show and had close to, and sometimes over 1000 people in my rooms. Tipping was great, and I didn't feel like I had a problem. However, I guess two guys were fighting and chat and I was asked 3 times to go to group. (At least 3 members, 3 times). I' assuming it was b/c of the fighting, but I was so in to the show, I didn't know the fighting was even happening until after I came.
Anyway, after I denied those 3 requests, I started to get a little paranoid. I thought maybe the premiums would be mad at me if I denied group shows so often, especially with almost 1000 people in my room.

I would like to know your thoughts on this.

For me, I am a true exhibitionist and the more people watching me, the better. Also, when I go group I feel immense pressure to perform b/c I KNOW you're all paying per the minute, and I feel like I have to rush it. idk. However, this is my main source of income and I do want to look out for my customers. I mean, that's just common sense.

One more thing....like I said, Im chatty. The more conversation, the better. Normally I don't silence guests or basics until cum show, or if they get to be too much.

Does that piss off premiums, too?

OH AND I sometimes give out "freebies" if one person in the room does something really heartfelt or something....idk. Would that piss you off too?

Sorry , I just....I've always wondered. My style of camming seems to work for me, but I don't know if like one day someone is going to be like, "MANDY WTF THAT IS SO WRONG"

I do not think the majority of your room was mad you would not take extra money, but some of your room may hate letting freeloaders see what they were paying for.

I personally hate the stupid and hateful shit that comes from most of them, and many other premiums also think that. However we can turn them off ourselves, so it is my fault that I can still see them all the time.

I realize this is a business and you have to build brand loyalty with your customers. Or make friends with them. Everybody likes freebies, and do not forget your big regular tippers may like little things too. Even if they already have all of your big ticket items.

The only problem with individual members muting guests and basics is that if the model interacts with them, they're not really completely muted. Personally, I'd probably just go to another room. Well...especially if I don't know the model well in the first place.

One time I was "guesting" just because I wanted to explore different rooms without being disruptive and came to a room where the guests were the only ones talking. I got into an argument with another guest and he said, "well f___ you, I'm really a premium." I said something like, "oh, so you're just guesting to avoid tipping?

At that point, after using a few nasty words, he left and came back in his premium account. He tipped the model ten tokens and said, "See, F_____?" I replied, "Yes, I see I got you to tip the model."

Edit to add: I am also peeved that they never acknowledged the fact that this was their 3rd account, all by different names, to sign up and post here at ACF, and pretend like she was new. :roll:

She wasn't learning from any of you either. Seen her online recently and her cam was dark, no audio, ignoring her room, and arguing on the phone with someone. Could of just been bad timing I guess but why even log on if you're not ready to work?
