Hi, was Katy was referring to prepaid cards, or to e-wallets? These are not synonymous.
Because Katy is also talking about the whole SESTA FOSTA, and it’s impact, and I think that too many vessels are communicating a somewhat confusing message. Make no mistake, Katy is one of the business owners in the biz, that I actually like and consider a friend. I just wish to know that even as I’m in skid row, people are not panicking.
 
I guess that Cosmo not going to fix that at all.They can fix it really fast , but they don't care.It was another trick.

It's to do with new banking laws. Not sure if we can link to stripper Web here, but Katy from boleyn has found out about it.
Pre paid cards are goi g to be very hard for us to use soon, which they knew when they took our activation fee.
For now it’s never been so easy to get my money as now after SESTA /FOSTA...

I hear you, loud and clear. Most support reps don't know that everything they say, write, or type in a chat can be posted and edited somewhere. In addition, when it comes to delays in transfers, they usually become silent. It's not because they don't want to help, it's because they are restricted to scripts, and to what they are ostensibly able to say or not. This happens with all verticals, not just adults, or payment solutions.
For example, my simple and human approach also worked with seasoned AVN models on a Twitter rampage, and they know what they're doing, I awe most of my Twitter knowledge to them :) I guess some companies invest in software rather than in soft skills, which has a faster ROI by the way :)
I wasn't doing things better, only slightly different.

Its nothing to do with GDPR its to do with the new EU regs called revision 5 http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_STATEMENT-18-3429_en.htm

eta: the bit of that we need to fear is "Pre-load cards may be restricted to $50 per transactions online and $150 in person." making them useless for cam

Hi, let's make a distinction. The GPDR has more to do with your Spotify or Netflix, it's about a user/consumer privacy.

In addition, banks transfers, and international transfers can be delayed for many reasons that have nothing to do with the recent anti sex work climate in the US. There can be memorial days, weekends, etc.
I suggest to brace ourselves before preparing for the Pornocalypse, and wait for an official update, while I continue doing free marketing and community work for people who don't even know me, or give a damn :)

I can add that it's impossible that the current CosmoPayment problems are related to technical IT problems or maintenance. It takes too long now to solve these kind of problem in a financial business.

Any delay in payments will always be too long. We should consider the weight of every post we make sometimes, especially with how people will translate it into a call to action. Are you stressing models at the moment, or giving them a practical advice?

I am not a model. I have a Cosmopayment account and I have stopped all payments to Cosmopayment. I can advise everyone to (temporarily) do the same until these problems are over. I think that everyone would rather get hard warnings than sweet words.

Hello, could u please explain what makes u think its different, bcs FC is having the same issue loading cards at this moment having money on "so called" 2nd balance. Thats why models are stressed this time and hardly waiting for updates from cosmo. Thank u

Cosmopayment has 2 balances:
- The balance on the credit card
- A so-called second balance.

At this time cosmopayment can not transfer money from the second balance to the credit card because of "undergoing minor maintenance". In other words, they can not load their prepaid credit cards. Aren't you familiar with this situation?



I do not know if they still accept new payments. I'm not going to risk that.

There’s a day and night difference between a delay, like in our present case, and a total cease down of the service like in mine.
 
We apologize for the delay and are sorry for the inconvenience, but the secondary balance function is still undergoing maintenance as advised directly on the CardPortal.

Please note: the feature will be available again shortly and you will see the notification in the portal removed once it can be used.

Unfortunately, since this maintenance has to be done in conjunction with the MasterCard processor, there have been several pending procedures on their end to finalize and enable the function. This also means that the timeline is not strictly defined by us, which is why a specific window of hours for completion has not been provided.

We are aware that many cardholders are in a similar situation and we are doing everything we can to grant you access to these funds as soon as possible. For the moment, we advise you to check your portal regularly over the next few days.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

It seems paxum is still the most reliable one... But their mastercard is nowhere and the limits of that card is ridiclous. I want to try epayment, so I needed to tip myself on bongacam ( I don't know how you girls can make money on that site because I can make money on all site, but on bongacam all I made is 28$ :D ) to get an epayment card... It is just so boring that makes me feel less motivated to work. :( Epayment should just send their mastercard without the help of bongacams. Because I don't want to work on bongacams for so cheap members. Like top top girls on that site get naked for 100 tokens? Like wow... Honey :D

Delaying payments is one thing and we are past that, they keep it on that balance which we have no access to. So its impossible to get money off account, delay isnt the issue, not being able to get out money is the issue
 
I see your point. On the other hand however, these guys on boarded so many users, in such a short time, who receive payments from dozens if not hundreds of websites. I'm surprised that a first delay or a hiccup didn't take place much earlier. I am still sure that this will be resolved soon.
