Good day, denizens of ACF. A friend of mine is considering a show in a public park, and I wanted some clarification on exactly what is and isn't allowed. The rules are a little bit vague on this.

Is she ok as long as she's in a space where nobody is walking around behind her? Is she allowed to be topless if it's legal in the park? That is my understanding of what I gleaned from the MFC wiki.

Does anyone have some experience doing a show like this? What did you do?

Thy input be most appreciated. Thank you kindly.

I'd say don't do it, even advertising she is in public could get her in trouble. And if someone happens to wander on cam or be overheard on cam that's a big no-no.

Mentioning a "public" show is tricky territory. I've heard of one girl that was denied the ability to do public shows in her own backyard even with walls surrounding the area after directly contacting MFC. What it comes down to is that they can't be apprised of nudity laws in every province and state so MFC basically bans it without question in order to cover their own ass.

From what I understand MFC is ok with public show as long as they have been proven to be on your own personal property, and no one will be able to see or interact with you. That being said, I doubt they'll be ok with a park even if it's ok by park rules.

Thanks. From MFC's perspective, I suppose it makes sense that they would rather ban suspicious-looking behavior than look into the legalities of a specific situation. I told the model about the consensus here and she's agreed that it's probably not worth the risk.

Some MFC models get away with public shows, I've seen it. However, if MFC shuts down the show, there is a clause in the model agreement that if the model breaks the rules by doing a public show (or other type of disallowed show) she forfeits the tokens she made doing said show.

I think if it was me, I'd do it anyways, but mainly because I find outdoor shows so hot to do that it'd be ok with me if all the tokens were returned and I got a warning from MFC. It's all about her weighing the risks vs personal benefits. If her business on MFC is her baby, her bread and butter, and she couldn't imagine potentially getting banned - then it may not be worth it.
