Chaturbate in November

Ok, so I have a problem with people getting kicked out of my room, when they try to join they leave in a second. Today I was told from some guy that he got kicked out six times when he tried to join and I have like this with the whole users log, a few can stay but it is not like a month ago in October. If you check Chaturbate status you can see that November was the worst month when it comes to problems, so I don't know what else can I do. I have copper/vdsl with 40/20 and I was wondering because of cold -10 celzius that my net is not stable enough. Support told me that I need more followers and s..t like that, but how can you gain them if they leave in a second and service doesen't work. I'm from centeral Europe so if anyone have the same problem please let me know. Thank you !

I have 40d/20u...yes I have OBS..Yesterday I had to send speedtest and mymaschine data to support. Today when I check the mail they say that now it should work fine. I loged in and in 14 minutes I was on second female page (with dress on), it worked for an hour and it fell down again, then I refreshed and in 1h only had 40 greys with no people with tkns abd no traffic at all. I don't know but since from the start of November all fell down, maybe European servers or I don't know, I know for a fact that the problem is not on my side.

Are you actually using OBS for your stream or still using CB Flash to broadcast ?? (just working out a few parts out to try and help )

I'm using OBS for stream, I used it before when it went all wrong and worked fine. Every day I check also Cb status and that was from 5 days ago.

Main site functionality has been restored, however apps and chat performance is currently reduced. We're currently replacing some failed networking hardware to restore full performance "(still monitoring)".

Chaturbate are never usually fast at updating their Status Page.
If you ever look when they are experience some widespread issue, it takes them along time to update it and then even longer to update it to say it's been resolved. Often I have seen a big issue of chat not working but the site being fine for 30mins or longer and they have not updated or added any note on their Status Page to indicate such.

So, I wouldn't rely on their page TOO much in terms of whether it's something broken or fixed, unfortunately.
The site definitely has got worse though (for connection), but obviously it's all of our fault and not theirs. I swear a year ago when I go and view a model, it would have the odd "connecting" issue every 1 in 1000 models I would visit (where it would say that (connecting) for a few minutes) but lately (the past several months) it appears to be happening a lot (the rest of the internet works perfectly fine for me and videos that I watch online and other stream sites) - I am in England (UK) if that helps. So it's definitely not just you.

I haven't got this problems before November now I stuck in the middle of freeloaders jerking on mature page. Today and yesterday I report the problem to support and got this back (twice)...

..so I loged in and first 10-30 minutes works fine people stay in room and tips are comming, then suddenly all stops, people go out and no new traffic in, the ones that are trying to enter go instantly out, one after another. I refresh and hope for the best, but I stuck with 40 greys and the ones with tkns join/left. It's frustrating to work like that, because you can't solve the problem by yourself. Thank you all for thoughts and response.

Have you tried removing all of your tags to see if it fixes the problem? Over the course of the last few weeks, as a customer, I've noticed that whenever I search a specific tag, the resulting list is not accurately grouped by "visitor count" as it is on the main tabs. I'm seeing models with 12 users in their rooms at the top of the list over models who have hundreds in their rooms(when searching specific tags). It may be totally unrelated to your issue, but something has definitely changed over the past few weeks in that regard.
