Banned on chaturbate. Need help please

Hello @punker barbie, my chaturbate account was banned more than 1 month ago, exactly on November 27th. They answered me from support mentioning that I have broken a rule. I did what they asked me to reestablish the account, but as of now I'm still banned. My accounts are totto_xxx and toto_xxx2.
