Can someone help?

Is there an app for models to use on CB when they have a PVT on another site. Like an away PVT mode where users can spy for a set fee?
 
The nearest i've found so far is a hidden cam app which lets them enter for a certain tip. But that's not very fair to the model or the member. As no guarantee whether they get a 2 min show or a 20 min one if its on during away pvt
.
