Chaturbate Account Hacked (I believe), Need Support Help

My cam name is golfman234. I think I was hacked for clicking on a phishing email from support@chaturbate-info.com. I haven't been able to log in for days and can't get any communication from support. I have over 30k followers and about 60k tokens in this account. I got to the point with support where I submitted verification photos with id upside down and a code word etc but never got a response after that. I am able to provide any other type of verification necessary. Can anyone from here or from support help me please?
