Hi, im having hard trouble in updating my ID. I already sent my ID front, the pic with the ID next to my face, and i submitted as well my driving card...they are just ignoring it and always replay as Need to show ID next to your face. It is showing my face, it is not cut, its clear..... Im using an old iphone but i think it's not an excuse. Its not blurry...so, i wonder what can i do next?? i even attached and send via email, one of them photo is digitalized, yet, they are ignoring it?!

No , they will respond. Me for example when i was trying make another account - I posted at once few different pictures.I mean upload one set,then again another and again,no waiting for response but upload it few times with dfifferent pics in case they will reject one, they will accept anothe. I dont know also how looks ID in your country. In my country is two sides of ID so i make collage- two sides in one picture and then separately face close to ID. But they will respond for sure if u emailed them. But CB is not so fast with responding.
