Not by default. Most sites have an option for members to turn their cams on, but you're in no way required to watch them.
Yea on CB for example models often use it as a purchase. So people can tip an ammount to watch a guests cam. Ive seen performers have it both unspecified and also like 5 mins for x tokens. But also not a thing you ever have to if you dont want to.

Okay so you can still Cam without having to actually see the other person and from what I'm reading it seems like that's another thing you can charge for? I think that's one of the only things I'm not okay with lol I definitely do not want to see the person I'm caming for lol

You definitely don't have have to. I never ever open member cams and it's never been an issue for me, but I also don't do privates. You'll get more requests for it if you are doing private shows, but you still don't have to. I used to do a LOT of privates and never did Cam-to-cam aside from a short, and very bizarre stint in 2011.
Then you just say no to requests and for CB you can make bots send info in chat and you can make a rules section in bio Saying u do not do c2c... lots og performers do not do 2c2.. for myself when i get started i Will likely use it as an option for a special fan Club thing.. for me it depends on the other personality i would recon. Anyways only ever do things you are comfortable doing.
