2 days ago i've bought 400tk through cryptocurrency (Ethereum). Usually these transactions takes up to some minutes but its 2 days and i did not get my tokens yet.
The payment was correctly done within the 10 minutes as always but on invoices i see the following
Nov. 13, 2024, 10:12 a.m. Expired 400 32.00
I used Coinbase to transfer ethereum, and from there i see that the transaction is completed.
I already asked for support but i did not received any answer yet.
Anyone can help?
