I am completely shocked at what I have just found, it is literally one of the shadiest things I have seen a camsite do in my 3 years as a cam model. I am going to go ahead a copy Bongacams accounts on this thread so I know they read this for sure and they can reply and give us all an explanation: @bongacams.com @Russell Model Manager

Today I receive this email from one of my regulars:

email.jpg

I click on the link and I find a website with all the videos I have ever sold with my full real name and my contact information on the description (phone number, city I live in, personal blog URL). I look around the site and realize that even though it looks like a porntube, it is actually a site devoted to posting what they call "premium" videos of camgirls (videos that models sell, say, in ManyVids) and sometimes they share the models legal information on the info section of the videos like they did with me.

So I try to look at their removal policy to get the videos taken down. But their DMCA policy is designed to cause even more damage to any naive models who might actually believe it. And it is illegal as well. They want the model to take a picture of her face holding a sign that reads "I AM MILA FOR xxxxxx.com" They ask to be sent this in order to "identify" the person. There used to be a website with the same policy and they actually used these pictures to further humiliate and out the models on social media.

dmca copy.jpg

I told my DMCA agent to contact them anyway just to try to take it down with civility. He sent a formal DMCA take down notice about a week ago, but they never replied. So I started to try and figure out how they keep this site running that is hurting so many girls. There are two issues at play, first is the piracy issue. This isn't just a run of the mill Upstore site. They aren't sharing recordings of your live shows. They actually find (or buy) ManyVids videos and videos that the models actually sell and upload them to their website. And then, just for good measure, they also add any and all information that they can dig up from models. They have the full legal name and address of a very popular top 20 MFC girl, among others.

bongacamsbanner.jpg

This is also a massive site. They have classified the videos by camsite so they are easy to browse or search, and they have thousands of videos. Which is a very expensive thing to do. Not everyone can keep something like this going because streaming video is very expensive. Guess who is paying for this?

Bongacams is. The banner on their site is a Bongacams banner
. Bongacams is sponsoring this person, paying him to drive traffic to their site. So this piece of shit is receiving money from Bongacams to doxx girls and steal their videos. If Bongacams wasn't paying this site money, he wouldnt be able to run his site. You might think "well, if Bongacams doesn't pay him someone else will" but no serious sponsor would ever sponsor a site like this. Serious sponsors don't pay companies who engage in illegal activities.

But it seems like Bongacams doesn't care about legalities, camgirls, their safety, or people pirating their content. It isn't like there aren't millions of websites they can get traffic from. Do they really have to sponsor the site that is actively damaging girls?

Before anyone asks, here is how I know it is a Bongacams banner:

bongacamsiframesource.jpg

I am not about to share the name of the site with anyone here because my full name and other information is up there. But I am willing to give Bongacams the benefit of the doubt and assume that this was an honest mistake. If Bongacams wants to correct this they need to cancel his affiliate account and stop sponsoring him. His affiliate account number is: 300875 If Bongacams wants the URL of the website they can PM me here, I am sure they know the website I am talking about since they have to actually pay him, and they know where they are receiving traffic from, but PM me if there are any doubts.

This is also for all my fellow models to read and if anyone is considering working on @bongacams.com please give it a second thought as they are currently sponsoring the worst site on the internet, a company that is actively doxxing girls.

An affiliate link isn't the same thing as paying for advertising on a site. So calling them a sponsor isn't really accurate in my opinion.

The terms of service for the affiliate program of bongacams is on their site. If the content is illegal they'd cut off the affiliate link and not pay out.
I think contacting their support would have been more effective than ranting publicly first.
I dont think the rant about 'you should know what kind of company bongo is so you dont work for them' is accurate because they have no way of knowing the content on every website an affiliate link is posted in.
If its the site i think it is, it must have cleaned up cause I cant find any models with any info posted, just videos. (I dont know your model name to check that).

On the internet the word "sponsor" doesn't mean the same as it does in the outside world. It isn't like an F1 sponsor where they pay the driver to wear their logo. On the internet a sponsor is a company that sells a product, in this case adult cams, and opens an affiliate program. This is what a sponsor is in the adult internet world. This man is an affiliate of Bongacams and Bongacams is his sponsor.

Bongacams knows perfectly well which pages are in their affiliate programs and what their content is, they know where their traffic is coming from. Sponsors are obligated to know what their affiliates display next to their banners because it would be illegal for Bongacams to sponsor child pornography. They have to know whether the traffic comes from a website or from spammy emails because spam is illegal in the US. They are obligated to know because they are selling their tokens with credit cards like Visa and credit card companies like visa do not want to work with websites that sponsor illegal content. So they do know what this website is doing, and no reputable sponsor would sponsor a site of this nature.

So, for example, both Bangbros and Nastydollars are two porn producers who have an affiliate program each. You join their affiliate program and they give you a code that will display a banner on your site wherever you want and then pay you for the traffic you send them (or signups whatever the model they are using is). But Bangbros would never let an affiliate display their banner next to content they are stealing from Nastydollars. It is very bad reputation to do this. They don't want to make a living out of fucking over companies like themselves. This is bad practice. No reputable sponsor would do this.

The website I am talking about (and any website of this nature regardless of whether they are doxxing girls or not), is doing exactly that. They are displaying Bongacams banner next to content solen from camgirls from MFC, Chaturbate, Naked.com, Camsoda, etc. This is in itself illegal content. These videos that they are stealing from camgirls are not free to use, they are not copyleft, or creative commons. This website and all websites of this nature are 100% illegal. On top of that they are doxxing girls which is also illegal. Their DMCA section is illegal too and they want to cause even more damage to the girls having a picture with their face and a fansign. So it is in violation not only of Bongacams ToS but of the Law of the United States. If instead of camgirl videos this website was pirating Hollywood movies, not only would they sue this website, they would sue Bongacams as well for paying the tab. Because don't doubt this, at the end of the day, they are paying their server and bandwidth with money that comes from Bongacams affiliate program and that Bongacams is profitting for. If Bongacams didn't pay them they couldn't pay their servers to continue doing these illegal activities.

Finally, I don't work for Bongacams. I don't have to be the police of Bongacams. I don't have to contact them in secret to shield their reputation. I do have to let my fellow camgirls know of what Bongacams is doing. And I was nice enough to post this on the public section of the forum and copy their accounts in case they wanted to fix this. I could have posted this on the Models Only section and it would have given Bongacams no chance to reply or defend themselves. As you can see Bongacams don't give a fuck because this has been posted for more than 24 hours are nobody from Bongacams has replied to the thread.

What I am doing here is benevolent because what I should have done is tell my lawyer to contact the credit card processor of Bongacams to let them know where the traffic of Bongacams comes from: from pirated content and from doxxing people on the internet. The credit card processor would then launch an investigation and upon finding that website there are really good chances that they would cancel Bongacams account which would make it impossible for them to have credit cards as a payment option on their site.

If you don't know what you are talking about: what an internet sponsor is, what the law is, what the website I am talking about is, etc, don't come here to spread misinformation cause you are causing more damage than you are helping.

HOLY SHIT!!! This is a NIGHTMARE, and I am sorry that it happened to you! Thank you for giving us a heads up!

Bonga doesn't care about their own models why they'd be care about some model from MFC or Chaturbate

They should care about their models, about the industry they are in, and their website's reputation. And if they don't care about those things, they should care about their credit card processors. Cause if they don't cut this guy's affiliate account that is who my lawyer will contact next.

And dunno about doxxing,I couldn't find any personal info about Kitsune and any info about any model as well on this website

On "this website"? Either you're aware of the site she's referring to and contending that she's spreading misinformation about her personal information being outed, or you missed a step and assumed she forgot to blur out the site name in the shot of the site's source code. "The Porn Dude - Porn List" is not the site in question.

Edit: @CasseLove has given me a heads-up as to a third possibility, thanks.

@Securom, would you mind clarifying your interest in this thread? You're a CB affiliate, it seems, and this is the first thread you've jumped into since joining ACF a year ago. I'm not trying to attack you, you just seem to have come out of the woodwork.

I don't now if he took it down or Amber did but he had another post right before that one with the name of a website (which I won't mention)

Obviously @Kitsune touched some sort of nerve to bring him/her to vocalizing. Not attacking either, just wondering what brought out your voice @Securom (it is nice to hear from you! Amazing how people can take years to type. I joined after I observed and just jumped into the pool --soorry to all those I upset with my belly splash).

Did I forget to blur the name of the website somewhere? If so please let me know so I can ask Amber to remove the image.

The doxxing on the site doesn't seem to be an organized effort, some videos have info about the models on the description, others don't. The videos have an "uploader" name and the name changes with every video, so it could be content provided by the users of the website. I don't completely buy it though because another website of this nature is using the same script and server as them and also has "users" but I know for a fact the owner is the person uploading almost everything to the site. (For models reading this I created a thread about this other website on the MO section, you probably remember)

Still, I want to stress that it is not my problem who uploaded the videos with my legal information to the description and did the same with other models including a top 20 girl. The owner of the website is breaking the law by not removing that information/videos after I contacted them. Even if they hadn't doxxed me, the whole site is illegal and the DMCA section is a joke. Bongacams should not be sponsoring this person.

What. The. Fuck.

I tweeted at BC to see if they'd send a response faster in case they haven't checked the forums yet. This is majorly wrong.

Had briefly considered signing up for Bongacams, but was deterred by some of their practices - their memberships and multiple subscription levels and constant popups - it was very pushy, and didn't feel right. For me, this just drives it home that something is "off" with them.

I feel bad for anyone whose content and personal information is up there, that must be a nightmare. Hopefully this can be dealt with quickly. At any rate, Bonga has some explaining to do.

Perhaps I ought to have clarified: I love it when new members jump into the conversation on ACF. I suspect you did not upset anyone with your "belly splash." I was curious because @Securom appears to be a CB affiliate and stated that he had mistakenly joined this forum a year ago—he thought this was a forum for "webmasters." That's all.

Unfortunately DMCA is myth,it's just some USA law that doesn't work in euro zone, isn't it?Never heard that some website was closed or even sued because of DMCA abuses.Otherwise all pirate websites was destroyed a long time ago if this law works correctly:woot:

Everything is connected on the internet. So you might be an european website and not care about US law. But your sponsor might be american. Or the company that processes your credit cards is american and they do have to comply with US law. So even if you don't care, they will and you will suffer the consequences because if they find you are violating US law, they will no longer work with you. So you risk losing all your sponsors or not being able to process any credit cards. Your site could also be blocked in the US if your violations are bad enough, and sometimes if you are aggravating enough people they will go after you to the end of the world like it happened with Kimdotcom. He wasn't american, his website was in NZ, and he got everything seized by the US government for violating DMCA. They are now working to get an extradition from NZ to put him in jail for crimes he committed against US citizens. Does not bode well.

I know many people from countries where the law isn't enforced believe that the rest of the world is just as anarchic as their country is, and are incredibly shocked when they learn that laws are taken seriously in first world countries. All american companies comply with american law because the alternative is being taken to court, which is expensive, long, and quite a hassle. I have sued people for DMCA violations in the past and got them to remove the videos, pay for my lawyer's fee and give me compensation for the damages they caused. Most companies settle before going to court to avoid this. Keeping videos or legal information posted is not worth all this hassle.

Edit: still I want to clarify I dont care what this site does, my problem is Bongacams cause they are paying this website's bills and allowing them to continue fucking me and other models over. I will continue to tell the truth about Bongacams sponsoring this website in every single forum online both affiliate forums and camgirl forums until they terminate this affiliate account. I will also give my lawyer green light to proceed with suing both Bongacams and this website since they haven't replied to this or my emails.

:stop: evrybody knows truth about Bongacams, don't be silly

How could you be so obtuse? Is it deliberate? (Sorry, I've always wanted to say that.)

But seriously...why are you giving Kitsune such a hard time?

From the broken english and the timestamps I am now almost certain that @Securom is the owner of the website I am talking about. He posted about this thread on his website's chatbox at roughly the same time he posted here.

chatbox.jpg chatbox2.jpg

Since I never mentioned his website's name on the thread, and given the fact that he posted here the next day, this means he browses ACF often. One more thing to keep in mind for those models who post in the public section of the forum: the people who out you and post your personal information online browse ACF.

Edit: @Securom you wont be laughing so hard in a few days.

The problem isn't just the banner, which I think Bonga could have been unaware of, but the fact that that's a banner to a Bonga whitelabel apparently run by the same folks running the illegal clipsite. They also have a flirt4free whitelabel linked from their nav with a very similar name. All three sites (the Bonga whitelabel, the flirt4free whitelabel, and the illegal clipsite) use nearly identical logo elements.

This speaks to both Bonga and flirt4free at the least being grossly negligent in policing their whitelabels and uncaring about their models.

(and no, you didn't miss blurring the actual name, but we all know it's not hard to find things on the internet; it might be worth taking down the images if you can / are concerned)

Yep, the images give it away;;;;; The name is not shown , but what you see is all you need to find the site..

:)

I guess that explains Securom's interest in this thread. Time to know the cover off the ball Kitsune.

Is this much different to anon ib having Chaturbate embedded at the bottom of their page I expect they do it for affiliate traffic $

It is exactly the same thing with the exception that the current owner of anon-ib does take threads with legal information down when you send him an email and anon-ib doesn't publish stolen videos. They do publish images of girls, and if you own the copyright to the images of you they posted they will not reply to DMCA emails, but you can contact their server to get those taken down with success. I have never had a problem taking down my threads from that site.

For some one who's hates the site your doing a great job of promoting the site. Which is funny cause the site is really crappy. Just report them to bongo cams. GG

FYI going to the site means their going to get your IP address.

Advertisers let any one sign up. When you have millions of clicks coming from 100 of million websites. You have to rely on people to report abuse.
