For some one who's hates the site your doing a great job of promoting the site. Which is funny cause the site is really crappy. Just report them to bongo cams. GG

FYI going to the site means their going to get your IP address.

Advertisers let any one sign up. When you have millions of clicks coming from 100 of million websites. You have to rely on people to report abuse.

My agent contacted Bongacams and Bongacash 5 days ago and has received no reply yet. I made this post giving Bongacams the benefit of the doubt, but they haven't bothered replying. I have made similar threads in 2 other forums where Bongacams has presence. They haven't bothered replying there either. Which gives me grounds to assume that they know what is going on and choose to continue to finance this website. I will wait until Tuesday for a reply because of labor day, but if I don't receive a reply by then I will give green light to my attorney.

Well, it seems like Bongacams wasn't responding because it was Labor Day weekend. My attorney received this email from one of the people from Bongacams he contacted:



And I just checked that site, and the Bongacams banner is gone:



I am very glad that Bongacams listened and terminated his affiliate account. I think the owner of the website finally realized I was serious because he also removed all my videos:



I am still waiting to hear from Flirt4Free and his pop-up sponsor. Will keep you guys posted on any developments.

Flirt4free just terminated his affiliate account as well. I am waiting to hear a response from the third sponsor, the manager said he would investigate and get back to me.

No matter where in Europe @Securom is, it seems like american law did bit him in the ass after all. For any other webmasters reading this thread... sometimes it is better to just comply with DMCA laws

I click on the link and I find a website with all the videos I have ever sold with my full real name and my contact information on the description (phone number, city I live in, personal blog URL).

Below is full email that sent your fake lawyer [REDACTED]

"My name is [REDACTED] and I represent [REDACTED] as an attorney. Last month my 15 year old client's daughter had a video of herself having sex with her boyfriend posted to your affiliate's website: [REDACTED] (their affiliate number is zoneid=xxxxx). The video went viral destroying my client's daughter's reputation. She is currently in the hospital for self harm because of that video.

I have been trying to take that video down from all the websites that published it with great success. Since my client's daughter is a minor it is illegal to reproduce or host this video. Every website has complied except for your partner: [REDACTED] The site won't reply to emails and since they know their activities are illegal they are hosted on a server on the Seychelles that also does not reply to emails.

We have found that this website is using XXXXXX and other sponsors to finance his website so you are now being informed of the illegal activities your affiliate is conducting so you can take whatever measures you consider appropriate. If we had the name and all the information of [REDACTED] owner we would take legal action directly against him, but since we don't have his information our next step will be to sue his sponsors instead for solicitation.

One of his sponsors: XXXXXXXXXX has already canceled his affiliate account and took down their banner from his website. I am waiting to hear from XXXXXXXX, and now I am contacting you with this information so you can take any measures that you consider appropriate.

On the one hand, raising the spectre of underaged models is pretty repellent. Throwing self-harm into the mix makes it even more tasteless. If there is any saving grace in this sordid tale, it is the hope that your allegations of it being fictional is correct.

On the other, you are a fucking thief. Your site goes a little beyond the run-of-the-mill post-the-free-shows type outlet. I haven't poked around enough to say for certain whether doxxing is/isn't a problem, but sharing privates/premium videos in itself is enough to ensure that I will feel little sympathy for you when fate comes to collect.

I'd really like to know the answer to this.

If it was the email from Kitsune's DMCA guy, does she use one of the ones we all use? Because if it is one we all use and he uses the method of "you're hosting underage porn" to get videos taken down, I'm sure at least some of us would like to find a different DMCA guy.
