The tears of your enemies.

No seriously, it depends on if you are using masturbatory aids or just your hand. I've heard conditioner is great for in the shower and I've heard nothing but good things from this brand; http://boybutterlubes.com/

They dont sell that at the walgreens near me.

Odd that only ladies are here making real recommendations (not that I'm judging you for your choices, Nordling.) Does nobody else like to occasionally luxuriate in a slippery wank?

Anyway, I'm not a big fan of oily and smelly, so I am a fan of unscented Wicked Aqua. It's especially good for use with silicon-based masturbatory aids.

I second that. And Rocco Sifredi also made a high quality water-based lubricant. It's for anal, but perfect for any fappity use. I'm very sensitive, and it's the only one I can tolerate. Silicone friendly as well.

If you're using a Fleshlight or similar toy, then a good water-based lube is the way to go. I use Sliquid Sassy for that. (Thicker lubes designed for anal tend to stay in place better than the more watery ones.)

If you're just using your hand, something oil-based might be better. Coconut oil certainly works, although it can get messy. There are several oil-based lubes designed specifically for male masturbation: Boy Butter, Stroke 29, Elbow Grease, ID him, Shaft. I haven't tried any of them yet, so I can't make any specific recommendations.

I do not like to use lube, it makes too much of a mess. I just use skin on skin. Also do not be a slacker and forget about foreplay, it is good for men and women. Do not just start beating it like it owes you money.

Dry rub...I'm not even joking. I haven't used lube to masturbate since I was a teenager.
Dude, same. I've maybe used it once just to see what the fuzz was all about. It was good, but nothing special.

I have a (female) friend who uses coconut oil. I only use it with toys, and some toys react badly with anything but water-based lubes. Since I don't use it very often, it's not worth spending a lot of money on, so I go with Equate Water-Based Lube from Walmart. It's got no sugar in it, so it won't lead to UTI's, and it's safe to lick up when I'm done (doesn't taste that bad, unless I'm having a weird day).

All that aside, the absolute easiest time I ever had getting a larger toy in was when I wasn't quite completely cleaned out from my partner previously. So when I say a guy's cum is the best lube I've ever used, I'm not even joking. x.x It also makes for some damn good lotion on my skin.
