That's a persona! Doesn't have to be drastic. Mine is very close to my usual self, just with some extra je ne sais quoi to it. (Also persona means you've got a fake name and brand that you market.)
I was watching more cams this week and noticed most ladies have a very (and their words) "Let me tell you my hoe stories" and "Do you wanna fuck me? Fuck yeah." sort of talk and I can fake it, but I feel that would be pretty blatantly a lie

It depends on the person. Some people do very well on there and others not so much. It never hurts to give it a try and see what happens
I am not working on mfc i dont like it , but i work on chaturbate and i dont penetrate i dont even get fully naked ...i keep my room mostly talking with them, teasing, dancing, and always talking and smiling . about mfc i dont like it , i find it pain in the ass, all expenct pms there, all want skype and i dont lose my time with that . Tip if you like me or go pvt if u want more and thats it , no pms and other things that making others leave if i sit there to toye in pm ofc other see i ignore the room i stop the teasing so they go .. pms are turn off for users , and for me too ..

Hi, there isnt a mandatory number of hours, on most sites( you didnt mention on which one you wanna broadcast) you have to be age verified, and after that u can make tokens from first second

You have no minimum time to perform to earn money. 1st token tipped in 1st minute is yours.
You can be tipped as soon you are age verified (this can take few days in some cases)
Think that you don't work *for* the site (you're not an employee) but you work *using* the site being independent as far you didn't sign any contract with a studio and have your own account. Else refer to your contract with this studio.
How do you build the stamina for multiple hours online? I can handle about an hour worth of privates before I'm DONE.

Near as I can tell it's legit just time. I used to be able to work 12+ hour shifts in the club when I danced, but after a couple of years off -- when I went back I could hardly handle a normal 6 hour shift. Camming seems to be the same way. I tried camming several years ago and I could stay online for AGES. I recently got back to it and I'm done after about an hour myself lol. Just like hitting the gym -- you just gotta stick with it.
Hey peeps. So I am a total noob and I've just started on stripchat. I had a good first day and made $65 which I was pretty chuffed with considering it was my first day, although I only made $5 today but I'm used to working commission based jobs so I get that it's a bit up and down.
I've been snooping on here for a while and noticed that stripchat doesn't seem to get a good rep. I don't seem to get a LOT of traffic and I find the website quite glitchy, I keep having problems with my feed and sometimes it just doesn't show any of the messages people have been sending and I find it really frustrating that I'm missing out.
Basically, is it worth me trying to stick it out with stripchat or should I try another site? I appreciate it's a bit early for "is the grass greener on the other side" thinking but I'm putting so much energy into making this a success and I don't want to waste my time if it's not a great site. It doesn't have to be 10/10 amazing, but if it's got a bad rep I'd appreciate knowing why so I can make an educated decision.

Each site is good in its own way, each site has top models, sites vary in style, so some have this site in their favorites, while others like a different site.
It seems to me that you need to try, especially if the first site does not give the expected result. Watch the first page, the models on those sites that you are interested in - you will see what a free chat is, what the flow of members is, pay attention to the average price range on the sites. I like Streamate - it is site number one for me, together with streamate i can open CamContacts for extra money ( there no free video chat - video available only in pvt) also i like MyFreeCams but I didn’t pay enough attention to this site and now I have to be very patient and diligent to make money there.

Thank you for this, I'll keep on trying on SC for a while. Do you find the money with stream mate is more consistent than on tipping sites? I don't have any other ways of making money and don't have any support so I need to make sure money is definitely coming in. The posts about how it's quiet til January, and that people aren't tipping anymore are worrying me a lot.

No, I wouldn't say so - the difference is more that Streamate more into privat shows and there not too much actions in free chat. MyFreeCams and sites similar to it more aimed at a large number of viewers in the free chat who will tip you and sometimes very well. I have not worked on the Stripchat so i dont know what you can expect from this place. But I know many examples when a model starts working on one site and it is does not work for her while everything is fine for others, then she tries other sites and one of them perfectly for her.

I would add yet that tipping sites give more ways to make money ( games, tease, jokes, fun, shows, ) but they also will took more your energy, Streamate more calm, you are sitting, chatting nicely (there are usually not as many members in the chat as on tip sites ,tease, flash only after tip.
Ooooo that's really good to know, thank you! Being calm and sat down sounds so much more appealing than putting on a performance every day. Comfort over everything haha

I was considering trying out Streamate switching from CB. Kinda don't really know how to keep it going with a whole room. Kinda awkward with trying to figure out how to talk to everyone at once while dancing and teasing

I think the most important thing is to set your limits and to try not to overcross them too sudden, take it step by step, discover what you want and what you don't want to do, you'll find a lot of guys who will want freebies and they might get rude if they won't get what they want, always ignore them and don't think about them. Lastly, just have fun experimenting!

As regards what you do and don't do, simply put that information in your profile. Then it is all very clear.
There’s tons of great advise on this website so I’m going to keep it simple. Talk to members like they are your new friends. Learn the art of small talk and be playful, fun, and maybe even silly. Be yourself and have fun. Don’t read pms ever, many guys will try to manipulate you there. I make over 6 figures and never did a Skype show or cam to cam.

You’re on the right track. Just think of customer service, and do your best. Don’t get too stressed on cam; it always shows. Some girls respond to all of their messages on onlyfans and I personally don’t read them because there are too many and I let everyone know before that i don’t chat on there.
be as genuine and transparent as possible the users like to know what they will be seeing.

I am trying not to stress to much however, I am confused. Cause it seems like most of the members who tip don't talk in chat where the one that don't tip chat. So I am struggling trying to figure out how to engage tippers more in conversation.
