Why the ban? Who knows, get over it. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she was 8 hours into a 12 hrs shift and only had 200 tkns towards the studio's 2000,3000,4000 daily goal. Try and imagine how many times a model hears 'i don't have left today', 'i can't buy any more until i'm paid'

Well, she's only going to make her bad day worse when she bans people who could potentially pay her.

It is completely illogical to ban someone unless they are making trouble. It makes no sense whatsoever to ban someone who is just sitting in the room doing nothing.

It does not hurt a model to have a bunch of people are just sitting there staring at her. She gets paid no more, and no less, if there are 0 "freeloaders" or 500 "freeloaders." Actually, having freeloaders in the room helps, because it moves the model up the "Most popular rooms" rankings.

I actually felt sorry for her. I wanted to take her aside and explain how business works. Rule number 1: If you piss off or "ban" your potential customers, it's not good for business. Especially not in a business where there is plenty of supply and not a great deal of demand (and MFC certainly fits the bill- there are far too many models for the number of paying customers).

Clearly, this girl had never been to business school.

Too bad, because she was not only beautiful, she spoke excellent English. She could have been successful on MFC.

The long-time 20 point premiums who never buy tokens again and who sit in the PM viewer every single night without talking/tipping/MFC Mailing you a hello are annoying and creepy. If you fall into that category and enjoy a model's room so much that you're in there on a daily basis, but you can't be bothered to DO SOMETHING (even refusing to say hi back to her), then don't get your underwear in a twist if she wishes to ban you. Is it lagging... && I ask several times, && in 5 minutes, have ZERO responses... IT makes complete sense to me to ban them. It's called wasted space.

When I am in the middle of being half naked, && my room count crawls to 300, && EVERY FUCKING ASSHOLE POS IS JUST SITTING THERE NOT TIPPING OR TALKING, THAT DOES HURT THE MODEL.

Amber is quite correct. You don't need to restart your chat or anything. If someone clicks to view you through PM, they show up as being a PM viewer merely if the chat box is open, not if you cam is loaded for them.

I don't use the web broadcaster, I only use the software usually... On the software, I have tested it with some people, && I have found that I have to reload before the banning of PM viewers takes effect. Which I think is dumb. Just like there is no 60 day ban button. LOL.

I had a member who would only log on when he had money to tip me. Because of that, I only saw him once every other week. He was polite, funny, and made my room awesome. Once I realized what he was doing, I begged him to come and freeload! Even though he couldn't tip me, he made my room so fun that others would start tipping in place of him. It would be really awful if every guy thought they couldn't come visit me if they had no tokens.

I applaud this attitude and think it makes sense, but with all the complaints about freeloaders, it's easy to see why someone would hesitate to come around if he couldn't tip that day. Also, it appears that not all models are okay with this. So, if you're a model who does want her guys to come around anyway, please do let them know like Megan and SNATCH do, because the community is giving them a different message.

Does that also ban lounge viewers?

Yes, if a person gets banned, it prevents them from seeing the cam from the Lounge as well. But if a person does not enter the model's room and ONLY watches from the Lounge, the model wouldn't even know. Unless someone came to the model and said "memberxyz is spamming/shittalking you in the Lounge) and she added him manually. (We can manually type a person's name into our ban list.)

But I've found there's exceptions to every rule. This basic came in about a week ago, && his screen name is mine, but it says bitch afterwards... So like SNATCHESbitch. I unmuted basics specifically to ask who he was, cause I see him in there all the time... FOR LIKE 2 years. No joke. He tells me he's my biggest fan ever, how much he loves me blah blah blah. Someone else asks, before I can, why he's NEVER forked over $20 to go prem && tip ME, since he loves me so much && has been staring @ me for fucking 2 years... He replies he's hit hard times, && can't afford it, && can barely afford food. And about cool guys who are always around even if they can't tip (often or ever) I totally love having them as part of my room. But if they ever try to pull any cry-baby moves if I miss something they say, or get needy with me when I'm giving attention to people who ARE tipping, then it'll be an issue.
