Banned without a reason

Hey, I have been banned without a real reason.
Yesterday I tried to stream through my phone but my front camera is broken so it didn´t worked.
This morning I was chatting normally with a friend on chaturbate because she was live.
And now I wanted to go back to chat with her but I got banned with the following reason:
"We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service."

I have opened a ticket through the support forum.

Im unbanned, the support wrote me that i made a joke related to minors, but that never happened. I never joked about minors or did anything related to that. I can just imagine its a misinterpretation because of my bad english. I still think it was a false ban and they just don´t want to admit it (me as a company wouldn´t do that either).
I am just happy this case has been viewed and actions have been taken.
