banned over a month now

so ive emailed chaturbate a few times since my ban. emailed someone directly too as advised. issue with the ban, there was no reasoning for it as far as i can tell. i hadnt streamed in a few weeks bc i was still freshly post partum. i was in a friends room just chatting and the next morning my account was banned. the friend i was watching doesnt seem to know why i would have been banned, i cant think of any reason outside of maybe mentioning amazon or ignoring some users in her room that may have gotten upset with me ignoring them. i dont think i ever said the word baby, i say new addition to avoid that type of language. look if i was banned for valid reasons then okay ill accept that, just upsetting since it was my main account with like 16k followers and i had ALL my pictures and videos on there from almost 3 years of being on the site. username is shyohiogirl, i cant seem to find a ticket number however.

so pretty sure bc they had me add my irl friends ID when i forgot to add her back as a guest the first time we tried to stream together, and her account was banned, that made mine banned as well. they never emailed me back but got back to her. her account was banned same time mine was, now both of ours are back up. is there a way to remove someones ID from my account so this doesnt happen again?

I googled remove guest on chaturbate and it was the first link to CB support. Half way down the page is the link pictured here.
