Banned, not getting response, have cashed out tokens

My username on CB is lucydelrey57 and my account was banned last night jan 21. It was the first time I ever streamed with my bf and we may have misunderstood the rules. It has been about 24 hrs now and still no response. I have done a complete and full read through of TOS and am ready to rectify any and all issues regarding the ban, as is my streaming partner. @punker barbie could you look into this for me and see if the support team received my support ticket? What about my cashed out tokens? Are those still going to be payed out after the 31st?
 
Sorry, should have clarified. Ive streamed before plenty on cb, last night was when I got my bf verified and then we proceeded to stream together for the first time under my same account. He was shown in my approved list of users that could appear on camera.

I feel like there's some limbo that your account goes into between the ID being "verified" and actually being able to stream.

There's been 100s of posts here over the years indicating that CB is not very clear with their communication/process as far as being verified and approved goes.

Hopefully this gets resolved for you quickly.

and @punker barbie if you see this: I've been recommending for over a decade for your admin team to review and revise the ID approval process to include MUCH clearer wording in messages during this phase! Please pass that advice on again to the powers that be. It could make a HUGE difference in the amount of bans/appeals. Your support staff would undoubtedly appreciate having less of these issues come across their desk.
