My username on CB is lucydelrey57 and my account was banned last night jan 21. It was the first time I ever streamed with my bf and we may have misunderstood the rules. It has been about 24 hrs now and still no response. I have done a complete and full read through of TOS and am ready to rectify any and all issues regarding the ban, as is my streaming partner. @punker barbie could you look into this for me and see if the support team received my support ticket? What about my cashed out tokens? Are those still going to be payed out after the 31st?

Sorry, should have clarified. Ive streamed before plenty on cb, last night was when I got my bf verified and then we proceeded to stream together for the first time under my same account. He was shown in my approved list of users that could appear on camera.

I feel like there's some limbo that your account goes into between the ID being "verified" and actually being able to stream.
There's been 100s of posts here over the years indicating that CB is not very clear with their communication/process as far as being verified and approved goes.
Hopefully this gets resolved for you quickly.
and @punker barbie if you see this: I've been recommending for over a decade for your admin team to review and revise the ID approval process to include MUCH clearer wording in messages during this phase! Please pass that advice on again to the powers that be. It could make a HUGE difference in the amount of bans/appeals. Your support staff would undoubtedly appreciate having less of these issues come across their desk.

Ah, thats so frustrating that I could have gotten my main income maker with my biggest following banned simply because of the fact that I wasn’t supposed to have him on yet but it NEVER explicitly said anything about being under review, he simply got an email that the documents were verified, then his verification picture was in the little popup I get before every stream that says something along the lines of “only these users can appear on the broadcast” We streamed for about 45 min before the broadcast went offline and I was banned, so hopefully that is not the reason for the ban as that would mean that god forbid any actual unverified minors are on that site, it can take 45 min to catch it?

People get so dramatic on here about this and then when it's resolved, oh see ya, thanks, bye. That leaves everyone who got involved hanging.

So it turned out to not have anything to do w him being verified, it was never a permanent ban, just suspension I guess? It was the use of a prohibited word and I was told since I never said it to another person in a derogatory way and it was first time violation, the suspension would be lifted as long as I confirmed that I understood.What was the problem?
People get so dramatic on here about this and then when it's resolved, oh see ya, thanks, bye. That leaves everyone who got involved hanging.

Also for all my asian camgirlies, do not refer to yourself as the g word, even as a joke. I did not know that was considered a slur, thought it was just a military term from the war. Now we know!

Okay, I wanted to post a like last update to this because I read so many similar posts hoping to find some answers and @Vixxen81 is so right, no one ever posts the ending result. I always wonder if people ever got unbanned and if they get their payouts or tokens. YES once your suspension is lifted any tokens you had are still there. Any cashed out tokens are also still there, mine were immediately available to be requested for daily pay. I have attached the emails from support so yall can see what all was said. As yall can see, theres about 7 hours between when I confirmed my understanding of the wrongdoing and the actual lifting of the suspension, so be patient and dont think support is ignoring you lol. I really hope this helps somebody! Bye now, im going to go cam!

But I also understand that in Asian cultures, those terms are often bantered about as everyday things. Taiwanese are prejudice against Chinese, Chinese against Korean...et cetera (if American media is to be believed and if not, please help clarify this so it's a learning lesson for everyone).
