Newbie- account banned

@punker barbie I had my account banned last night. 1st time streamer everything was going so well!
Masked up with my partner (not comfy with showing my face yet)
I sent this support message

I am writing to appeal the recent ban on my account, [hazmetuyoporfavor]. I understand that my account was suspended due to a violation of the terms regarding verification for multiple streamers.
I am a new streamer on Chaturbate and was unaware of the specific requirement for my partner to be independently verified before streaming with me. I sincerely apologize for this oversight.
I have already taken steps to rectify the situation by:
* Adding my partner to my account.
* Uploading his ID and selfie for verification.
* Uploading my own driver's license and selfie as requested.
I am eager to continue streaming on Chaturbate and am now fully aware of the verification requirements for all streamers on my account. I assure you that this will not happen again.
I kindly request that you review my appeal and consider reactivating my account. I am committed to following all Chaturbate guidelines and providing a positive streaming experience.

According to the email I received they believe that I have uploaded falls documents I do remember the first ID that I uploaded was an expired one after I had it updated I uploaded my new identification is there any way to appeal this? Why do they think that they say false documents
