Hello everyone,
So on the night beetween the 7th and the 8th of dec my account was banned while streaming for using drugs. I was smoking my usual ryo cigarettes but, for the first time, was also sipping a beer.
Ive send the form but no answer till now, so 3 days ago ive send another more detailed one.
Also i keep getting charged for subscriptions i cant use anymore! To not say the money left in the account.

I think beer was the reason for the blocking. It seems that drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited during the broadcast (but apparently this does not apply to everyone, since some models openly drink wine or champagne). But why drugs? Does it sound like something narcotic? Cigarettes, for example. (Sorry, I really don't know much about what drug use looks like, except for movie stills)

I'm not sure this will work.
P try to get proof that these cigarettes are not related (composition statement or something like that), take a photo of what these cigarettes look like. Perhaps you took them out of the pack during the broadcast, please point this out. Point out that this could be taken incorrectly, that you understand this, and that you will be extremely careful with it. Better not buy this on camera. I don't think I saw a ban on smoking cigarettes (but maybe something has changed). At least you were told it was drugs and not smoking cigarettes, so I guess cigarettes are still allowed.

Maybe if this works you'll have to "go out for a smoke break" or at least lower the camera so it doesn't become a problem again.

Ty for your answers guys. I did explain to them that it was just tabacco, lol i dont smoke weed irl, why would i do it online?
Told em im sorry, and if ryo is an issue, i will avoid it in the future.
Regarding the beer, yep that was probably stupid of me, but I honestly believed it was allowed. There is plenty of models having "take a shot" in their menu and I ve seen some smoking joint or blowing snow and they still have their accounts. I will wait and see
