Hi @punker barbie! Please would it be possible for you to help me get my Chaturbate account (username: I_Belong_2U) unbanned please?

I opened my account on Chaturbate a couple weeks ago. I was having a Private session with a model and having c2c with them (nothing weird or anything.) Mid-way through the Private session my account was banned and I get a message saying "Your cam has been blocked as a result of compliance with our terms and conditions."

I really don't understand what I did wrong. I contacted Chaturbate Support on Friday the 7th March but haven't received a response from them.

The message for the ban is a little odd! I'm a customer - not a model. I only had my cam on with the model in Private.

The only thing I can think of for why my account was banned was because the Chaturbate Ban Bot (if such a thing exists?) detected the TV in my bedroom - even though it was turned off at the time. Is that possible??

Many thanks for any advice or assistance you can offer.
 
Update: I have just received a response from Chaturbate Support. They want me to complete their "age verification procedure"... but I'm a customer - I'm definitely not a model/broadcaster.

So I'm really confused now!! Do customers on Chaturbate usually have to complete their age verification procedure?

Anyway, I've replied to their email...

Thanks @punker barbie! I responded to CB Support and I am awaiting their response... I believe age verification is for models/broadcasters - not for customers. For some reason, CB think that I'm a model/broadcaster - which I am definitely not! :)

Hopefully, they will respond soon. It would be nice to log in with my CB account again and spend my tokens!

Well, they responded to my latest email - but it was just a literal copy and paste what they said to me previously: "complete the age verification process." No explanation as to what my "suspected violation" was and no answers to my polite queries.

For data privacy concerns,I'm definitely not going to upload my personal details to their website. I also don't understand why I (i.e. the customer) has to do so.

Therefore, I have requested that they close my account. I hope to get a refund of the tokens that I purchased but I'm not hopeful.
