First the avatar:
and the reality! Complete with a few lounge trolls. They had the poor woman doing 30 odd jumping jacks before I got there.
Jupiter why blinds us? Do you hate us or something? No thank you NEXT!
I think it's kind of horrific that we're being so publicly cruel about this. All webcam models deserve our respect, and just because maybe her look isn't 'your' thing or you don't find someone attractive doesn't mean she needs to be made fun of in a public forum. As Jupiter pointed out, the poor woman is already getting trolled by the lounge. We as cam girls (or members too!) should have a little compassion.
What if she heard about ACF and wanted to join, but then found this thread? This doesn't make ACF seem like an open and accepting community.
So to this and the other mean spirited commenters above, shame on you.
They're putting themselves out there for it by lying and using deceptive pictures. I wouldn't be mean about any models looks, no matter how bad, if they didn't try to cover it up by doing avatar magic. I don't see why any woman would want to get naked on the internet if she wasn't even comfortable enough with her looks to use her actual pictures.
If you look closely at that avatar, I actually really think that it
is her. Look at her really thing shoulders/back, hair, and the glasses you can see she's wearing in the avatar. It's her.
And putting yourself out there by using lying and deceptive pictures? Sure, but it doesn't justify a community
full of fellow models being openly rude about her general appearance. That had nothing to do with her avatar and actual look being the same (or not).
Basically you are saying that you only feel that it's okay to make fun of people about their looks that obviously are uncomfortable with they way they look? That's exactly what bullies do. And most women are uncomfortable with some aspect of their looks. I'm uncomfortable with my tummy so I usually wear a shirt on cam and try to
deceive members into thinking I"m more toned than I am. I invite you to come and make fun of me.
I don't see any need to make fun of any women (especially
publicly). Again, thats what bullies who are insecure with themselves do to other people who appear weak. (/ preschool teacher rant).
Can't we as an community who is representing cam girls (people who are already misunderstood and misjudged) try to have a little bit more dignity and class?
And we all stuggle as models to find a way to bring in traffic. Who are you to say that if you didn't have a 300-odd camscore you wouldn't do the same in a desperate attempt to bring yourself interest? It may be a rule on MFC to use an avatar that is actually you, but since when are rules on MFC generally followed or enforced?
OK, this thread is cool. I just hate that people are being douchebags.
