If you like private based sites, I would check out sextpanther and sky private. A Bit different, but there aren't any comparable sites honestly.
You create a profile with them and download an extension that tracks your per min thru Skype.
So you aren't broadcasting until someone calls you. They can also book time slots with you for future dates.
