Seriously though, this is the wrong way to ask this, and even the wrong website to try it on. I would suggest finding a chick on OKcupid or Tinder first and suggesting it to her at a later point. It would do well to up your suggestion tactics as well - most people want to know what they are looking at before they agree to have sex with someone. I haven't used Craigslist in about 7 years and I heard they took the "erotic" section down, but I would look for a similar site.
Also, he could email escorts in his area.
And I personally don't think it's a bad idea to advertise on a site full of camgirls, but you need to post info and have an established name beforehand.

I wouldn't bother escorts with it; a lot of them feel about camming as camgirls do about escorting (as in, they would be doing that job if they wanted to).

Dating sites seem like a fine idea but I'd be upfront about what you're looking for, rather than waiting. Some girls might be into it but I think it'd save time and be more appropriate to just post what you're looking for and find girls who are like-minded.

I guess I meant he should look for sexual partner/s first, then later try camming with them if they want to. So use tinder to find a sexual partner, not necessarily a cam partner. I feel like the majority of couples on CB are inexperienced at camming as well. I haven't really seen many that seemed like they knew the ins and outs. I think there may be more non-camgirls open to the idea than it seems! Particularly in the casual atmosphere of chaturbate.

My point is, if he goes on a dating site, dates the girl, has sex, she gets emotionally attached then he drops the, "you should fuck me on cam" bomb, there's a good chance she wouldn't be down with that. Then he's left with either a girlfriend who's not cool with him fucking other women for money, or a girl that has her heartbroken because she was lead to believe he was actually interested in her. Lose/lose situation.
If he does dating sites, like Gen said, be upfront about it. Lots of girls get attached to men after sex and that can turn into a really sticky situation.
