AGE VERIFICATION BY PASSPORT AFTER ID BAN

A friend of mine registered an account with chaturbate using her ID. For some unknown reason she was banned some time last year. Now she is in the process of acquiring a passport. Will she be able to create new account with her newly acquired passport even though the ban was permanent??
