Account terminated: appeal done, what next?

My account has been terminated with reason: pre-recorded video.

I NEVER used a pre-recorded video, and we were live, playing chatting and receiving tokens.

In the appeal i didn't even know what to tell them more than "i was live! no video!". Stripchat was an important source for us, and i'm really concerned has comes out of the blue with no real reason.

My account was named "sexhackme", and was having more than 40k followers.

Any possibility to recover it?

This happens on Cam4 a lot they ask me to hold up 3 fingers in my live. Cause dudes say it’s a recording when they don’t tip me and demand me to do something for free. So annoying

bever happened to me on cam4, but on stripchat there have been a couple of times in the last period in which happen the same: someone ask for things insistently without tipping, i ignore him because maybe doing something for someone else that tipped, and they accuse you to be a video.

This time i can easily demostrate i wasn't a video though, as i have a new fucking machine arrived the day before that is in the shot

And the news Is arrived, they say the didn't accept the appeal and they confirm the account termination.

That of course is quite upsetting because being accused to stream a pre-recorded video when we NEVER did that, we were 100% live, feels really unfair, and loosing 42k followers and paying membership customers and clients is, of course, frustrating.


But what bothers me really isn't even the lost account, but more that now our ID are blocked and I can't even re-open a new account, so, we are permanently banned as models while we never broke any rule, and stripchat was our second income site.


I hope someone would indicate me is there is any possibility I'd not to recover the terminated account, at least to have the ID ban removed and be.able to open a new account and start over...

I would suggest waiting for @Stella_SC to look into this more. This seems outrageously unfair.

That would sort of defy the whole purpose behind account suspensions. It's people that break the rules, and as such, people are banned... not accounts.

I did appeal immediately and this is the last email from a no reply account

This morning I found an email saying that my documents I'd were accepted and to my surprise it seems the account has been unblocked, I can login and everything is there, the 3000 tokens I didn't withdraw yet, the 44k followers and all the rest.

Not sure what happened/changed, but it seems we have our account back
