I submitted my age verification and it was approved. I also signed my document and it was approved. I wanted to do a show with my girlfriend so I signed her up as an independent broadcaster and she was approved. We didn’t sign her document (we forgot) and started a show. An hour into the show our stream ended and it my account was suspended. It was a honest mistake and I have messaged support a few times with no answer. We just made a small mistake and want to keep camming. The username is “ erikthebigtipper “. When I check my profile it says she’s still approved but I’m “ineligible to broadcast”. Can someone fix this? Is it fixable? We are so sorry! We are of age and were trying not to break rules.
