New Account - Broadcast Suspended - Person Ineligible...

I just made account on Chaturbate ( emmixoxo ) and submitted Age Verification -- it was quickly approved, and last night I started streaming, and the broadcast was suspended -- and the identity page says Person Ineligible to broadcast, along with: Invalid Upload - Process was not finished, please try again and complete the upload.

I sent message to support on Chaturbate but have not heard from them. And I see that many people have had exact same issue here...

Anyway, would love to hear what the fix is for this. Any help is appreciated.
