Hi my StripChat account ( Zule1451 ) was unjustly terminated for the reason of reported "spam" by a another user.

i have been a regular, ultimate member for a year, who is a knight for models, i do my work and duties really well and in high regard for the terms and rules, making sure the chat abides to the same rules.

i don't spam messages or the chat, all my warnings are all under the guidelines and consent of the models, with their permission and instructions, i can ask them to testify and provide proof and screenshots of all my messages that my messages are not spam or malicious.

i already sent an appeal which got denied explaining this situation, would it be possible the user that i silence before reported me for my warnings and such, i have been a very respectful and have been consistently been a good customer to the site and knight for the models, i would not do anything to break their trust, as they count on me to even remind them of the site rules and terms.

i would really appreciate a careful review and consideration for my case, and provide a detail information of the reason they denied my appeal.

i would appreciate any assistance on this matter, and kindly advise me on my recurring ultimate membership that i just renewed a week ago, in what will happen to that

may i ask for your assistance and kind support with the upmost consideration for my issue? @Stella_SC - I also attach screenshots for more info

Thanks & Best regards,
Zule1451

What did you say that was considered spam?
that's the thing i have no idea, they did not say, i don't talk much, i just said a few statements once, i try not to say much only say a few things each stream, as a knight i try to let people ( mostly grey users) know, that what they request are in the tip menu, or when someone is spamming i try to warn them that would be silenced, would that be considered spam?

Unfortunately they will never tell you exactly what you did or why they banned you. The whole banning process seems really arbitrary. If you get one of the support people with a stick up their ass they can basically do whatever they want for whatever reason they want. It's ironic because they rarely seem to ban spammers (the real ones) even when they are reported. It seems the site is in a slow swirling downwards spiral. Support has become not good and the issues and problems with the site never seem to be addressed.

hmm yes no much info on what was the reason, and on the other hand when i submit reports all i get are that the they do not see anything for further action, i get reported once, immediately a permanent ban, and a failed appeal, what about the actual spammers i reported, people sharing information that was too much, or the other justifiable reports i have made.
