Hello @punker barbie i submitted my philippine postal id on February2025 but getting some error. After i contacted support, they said that they've see that i submitted my postal id and i should upload also my passport or driver's license. I replied to them that it will take some time to get my driver's license because its expensive here in the philippines. I need to save money first, and i prefer the driver's license because i need that as a driver. But when i finally got my driver's license and i submitted it just today, my account got banned. Whats the problem? At first, they should banned me from the very first day when i just uploaded my postal id. Not this time, when i hve driver's license. I spent alot money just to get drivers license and now im full of debt. Support should banned me from the very first day when i only submitted my postal id. Support asked me to upload driver's license but he/she will just banned me Pls help me to solve this issue. Pls restore my account, help me solve this issue. My username is SophiaNicolexx

Hello @punker barbie im a little bit confused if why my acc got suddenly banned when i uploaded my driver's license yesterday. Its a genuine id and i can provide any proof. Because when i tried to upload first my philippine postal id a few months ago, my account is ok. And ive tried to upload my postal id 6times because im getting error message that my uploaded id was not valid because its not showing my birthdate even though it has a birthdate on it. Then, i contacted support to asked why my postal was not valid. The support replied to me, that they've see my postal id already and to complete the verification process i should also upload my passport or driver's license or any combination of those ids and email them again to let them know once ive submitted my driver's license. After 4mons finally ive got my driver's license yesterday. And i uploaded it on my acc, but at night here when i checked my acc, it was banned. I emailed them, saying that why i got banned? I didnt violate any rules, my two government ids are valid and you can scan the qr code and barcode of my ids to check that it is genuine. I hope you could help me to restore my acc. I still got no response or any reasons why i got banned. I need to work to pay my debt for getting drivers license. Its expensive here. Pls help me.
