Hello @punker barbie I am mrdank2250 and my girlfriend is shogunska i recently tried to add shogunska"s ID for age verification on my account so we could do some shows together
she has an extremely long name. Her middle name is listed on her ID as just an initial so when verification said "Enter your name exactly as its listed on your ID" It kept getting an error and it said "if you keep getting this error try uploading the ID again"
once she uploaded the ID again, it was still getting the error. She then figured out the system wanted her to spell out her middle name entirely. Even though on her actual ID it just shows the first letter of her middle name. The system accepted.
She then decided to just create her own account so we can do shows together and independently. The system then asked her to upload her ID a 3rd time . We then woke up the next morning to emails saying her ID age verification was approved. then we log into our accounts and BOTH my account and her account say ACCOUNT BANNED with no explanation. We both tried emailing support and have not gotten a response back in nearly 30 days.
I am very confused on what might have happened and what terms of service we may have violated. Definitely bummed out as we were looking forward to chaturbating together and independently. she diddnt even get to do one show. never even got to appear on camera.
I really hope its just a technical error, although I sincerely apologize for anything we may have violated.
