We've been banned for several months and would like to find a good solution with your team that would allow us to recover our account or unlock our documents.
As you well know, in Colombia there are many studios that, due to lack of experience or excessive ambition, force models to do things on the platform without considering that this could lead to a ban.
We followed our employers' instructions and, out of ignorance, did things that apparently exceeded the permitted limits. We have never harmed anyone on our broadcast, nor did we intend to portray it in that way. Everything was done in moderation, responding to user requests and following the instructions of our studio, who assured us that this was okay and that there would be no problem.
We never meant to disrespect you or your rules.
As models, we deeply regret the situation and would like to regain our freedom to broadcast on your platform. We would also like the option to create a new account to become part of your team again.
We would greatly appreciate your help with this. We really didn't know these actions would be so detrimental to us. Please, if there is a solution, we are willing to commit to the rules and follow all the parameters.
