I wrote email to CHATURBATE on the 19th of November up till now never get any response can somebody please help me i don't wanna keep on sending emails to them as they wont reply its gonna cause more delay

Trust you are well?

I am having difficulty in getting my emails attended to as I wrote emails on the 19th November and to date I did not get any response therefore I have come to this point of messaging I trust you will assist me.

I have sent an email to chaturbate support on the 19/11/2024 reporting one of my models that have violated the rules of chaturbate upon me sending the email my studio account together with 3 of my models have been banned which i think is unfair as they did nothing to violate their sites nor did the studio for some reason I believe my studio and 3 other models have been ban by error as the rest of my models are still linked to my studio account and is still broadcasting.

Kindly I plead for assistance as I am failing to get a response from chaturbate support in regards to my query.
