a friend of mine was banned on sunday evening and still she doesnt know why. On monday she opened the support ticket but they still haven't responded to her. 72 hours is a long time and she has about 20000 tokens in her account that she needs urgently because her cellphone is damaged to pay the repair. Usually it takes 24 hours for the support to respond and not 3 days. I even advised her to do add a verification foto to her ticket to speed things up so it shouldnt take that long to tell her what she did wrong or if it was a wrong alert from the system. Her account is "april_scarlett".
