My account (_avril) was banned on Apr 15th. I emailed support and got the generic Zendesk "ticket created" reply but nothing else.
On Apr 17th, I created a new account (_avrilx) to stream from in the mean time and it was immediately banned. I emailed support from the new account and got a reply and cleared up things. They said that my main and original account (_avril) was going to have the ban lifted but it doesn't seem to be the case. Can you please look into this and help me get to the right resolution or suggest next steps?
